Secondly, Your SMS should at least be free. They are not much costly. You have your own BSNL then why can't simply allow free sms ? May be make some limit per day ? and charge if someone exceeds it ! This service should be free at one side and paid on another side. That is till a person is just gathering information from machine not talking with operator, service should be free. Once a person opts to talk operator then he/she will be charged.

do you have any solution, whatsoever for compulsory late running of trains between DELHI-MUGHALSARAI station for last 4 years. It kills more than one million manhour daily, is a wastage of national resources and is a matter national shame and international ridicule. We are forced to waste our time and miss many things due to this, and this is going on and going on. This is cheating and criminal cheating on the pat of the railway.

I feel that ministers have some hidden gains from agency providing expensive 139 facility. Rs 1/min is like full cost less information system. When railway has online updation of train running status, why it can't make available this information via a USSD System. This would be very helpful.

Pls launch USSD System for train enquiry. Dialing 139 is costly, which is the main disincentive for people using this facility. It is ridiculous to charge atleast 2 Rs for knowing the status of a late train. Firstly, the train is late and to travellers dismay, Railway charges money to communicate the status of a delayed train. Free IVR/USSD System is best for knowing running status, trains between stations, train route,etc. for non smartphone holders

Proper water facilities should be provided using RO filters. Also Dustbins has to be placed in all compartments like in A/C coaches, so that people through the garbage there.

आज देश के 80% रेलवे स्टेशन पर खारा पानी मिलता है। और बोतल बँद पानी धड्ले से 20 रूपये लीटर में बिक रहा है। मेरा मानना है की करोड़ो रूपये की लागत से बने रेलवे स्टेशन पर क्या 3-4 लाख रूपये और लगाकर 30-40 RO water फ़िल्टर नहीं लगाये जा सकते। आप कह सकते है की इनका maintenence महंगा हो जायेगा तो मेरा तर्क है की क्या इन RO के पास में दान पात्र रखा जा सकता है। मुझे पूरा विशवास है की मेरे भारत वर्ष की दानवीर जनता 1-2 रूपये करके daily इतना पैसा तो डाल ही देगी की जितने से इन RO का maintenance ho s
