Officers of Vadodara Mahanagar sevasadan are very lazy. Not taking interest in removing the lorries of food articles which encroach entire footpath and half road. Even high court has also given some directions but nothing is done till date. Don't think that Vadodara will be smart city with these type of officials.

first there should be good roads everywhere, even in small areas, there must be good parking facility, and there must be proper road signals, all the government officers should work promptly, each and every road must be under cctv coverage so that if anything wrong happens it can be solved llater easily.

What a Paradox!! According to me it is the matter of Shame for the civic authorities of our cities that College and School students are roped in to clean the Sea, Ponds and Lakes after Ganesh Immersions... Cleaning of all waters where Ganesh Idols are immersed must be made Mandatory for all members of Pandals participating the immersions. The Pandal members enjoyed the feast for 10 days and they are now sleeping without a sense of responsibility towards Environment??

Smart City needs transparent and efficient functioning of the Civic authorities at all levels. Development of areas should not be discriminated according to the people. There are more than 80 gardens in Vadodara but not a single garden for the residents of Ajwa Road!! This is biased development. I have contacted the authorities so many times but all in vain. The officers should be responsible to answer to the smallest queries of the citizens

I am living in city area and here the big problem is 1st traffic and 2nd is parking so make a proper parking area. & presently here two way roads, but somewhere there must be one way road, like dandiabazar, raopura, M-G road etc. The other thing is overhead cables in lanes inside main road. Make it underground everywhere when it possible. Provide dust beans in the radius of 1 km. And collect garbage from it twice a day.

Its a great thing to build broad roads & flyovers but it would be better if the people's money is not invested in making flyovers where train crosses four times a day only ( atladra kalali bridge) but invest in roads of shorter length which are very useful for more than 1000 people for daily use. It would be kind of the vmss if they can repair roads in areas like tarsali, gotri, samiyala and bhayali...

No Smart City Without Footpaths. Pl make walkable, stumble-free and encroachment-free footpaths in every smart city for ordinary citizens, particularly for the elderly and children. There cannot be a smart city without footpaths.

I stay in Vadodara, we are fed up with Municipal Corporation activities. VMC doesn't actively work towards MISSION "SWACHH BHARAT".
