Sir, News comes that the central govt is going to formulate the new education policy very soon. so my request, plz. give much importance on the educational philosophy of the Gandhi and Swami Vivekananda. The aim of the education policy, in my view, to create job giver not job seeker, create leader not slaves, create human being not a money earning machine. In my view, education should be for all but not all education for all.

There is an urgent need to take cognizance of the situation and to evaluate and re-evaluate the pervading concept of education. In the present Education system marked by increasing fragmentation and divisiveness, the narrowed vision of education as literacy only reinforces centrifugal forces. A large section of people equipped with traditional knowledge and wisdom, are branded as ‘uneducated’.

On the concept of More Governance All the major works controlled by govt may be handed over to experienced busines person , industrialist. This may bring good results. Also Indian skill will be properly utilised & Paid.Govt. only should govern for performance.

Sir, China now developed laser weapons that can destroy drones in 5 sec at a distance of 2 kilometers. As China becoming increased threat to India, we are in need to develop laser weapons of our own- a request from a patriot.

-Self developing requisite skill mechanism may not necessarily requires regulating structure.
-Continual development and research oriented mining practices with R&D in the lead role can establish Self developing requisite skill mechanism in mining or in any other sector.
-R&D in each sector to originate from highly organised and highly structured centralized body allowing each other application for development in a transparent manner.
-Presence of LALA R&D has driven cream talent out of India
