The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

sir, the same government servant performs professionally when joins private. It shows, if proper motivation is created, they will surely perform much better in the robust government infrastructure. The personal gradation and comments verifying qualities and field of interest of the person should be taken in to considerations through APAR and individual evaluations to approach professionally in transfer and posting of one individual so that man power and government money is utilized properly,

sir, it is hard to understand and believe that government services are unprofessional and not up to the marks compare to pvts. ,i think government services are deficient in professional management skills, instead of 'TANASEHI' management a team management is more efficient. moreover, lack of motivation and arbitrary transfer-posting of government officials are one of the major cause of individual inefficiency of government servants.

sir, I think education should be research oriented and not marks oriented only. unfortunately as of now our society is running after numerical marks and not values of knowledge. education must be related with knowledge and knowledge should be with professionalism and services. so that every knowledge is used for the development of our country.

our resp. hon'ble leaders of the nation, kindly look that the two primary sectors of a society namely health and education which are to be made more professional and not commercial. unfortunately these two basic s quality sectors of our country is fast becoming out of reach of common fellow citizens. Educational institutions and health institutions are seems to be more money minded than giving quality service. in both the sectors R & D is minimized and depending on western and developed nations
