THE TRANSFER OF THE LEARNED SKILLS AT FIELD / JOB SPOTS HAS TO BE ASSESSED BY AN IMPARTIAL BODIES. ONE MAY HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE, ALSO SCORE GOOD MARKS AT EXAM., AND ALSO SHOWS PROFICIENCY AT PRACTICALS, BUT NOT APPLY THE LEARNED SKILL AT JOB. THE PROGRESS OF THE SKILLED PERSONS PERFORMANCE HAS TO BE MONITORED AT REGULAR INTERVALS BY EXTERNAL REGULATING BODIES.
