Education Loan: Presently education loan Interest rate is very high. It should be reduced and conditions be made liberal. So, that maximum students can avail this and enable themselves for higher studies

1 Need to ensure maximum wages are given not minimum Employees work only for money.
2 Skill developed should be used B2B customers & not B2C customers. This will ensure retention of skill in industry.
3 Creating B2B customers will create more jobs & value for skill
4 Funds to be injected in R&D of product to develop alternative product + develop super skilled people.
5 Funds for Development projects to be arranged through banks having review mechanism
6 Banks to have Engg consult. to creat job

a well designed specialized and need based training program in mining area for people with technical back ground for different jobs should be made compulsory. mining techniques, safety, mining survey, logistic, environment , law of the land etc. etc. should be a part of this training. after successful completion of the training, these trained people will improve the over all performance of the mining sector. considering the health hazards, special incentives should be given to mining people.

In continuation of my views, I feel that there should be mapping of the areas where minerals are found for which a device either through satellite or any thing like diviner for water so that the process of mining is done fairly well. Further if the area is surrounded by habitations, the people should be involved in the process so that illegal mining is averted. In forest area, the high -handed bossism of Forest department need to be contained and at the same time their interest is not suffered
