The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources.  India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica.  Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP.  For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure   a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower.  Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Emergency Response: Fire Services of the country are normally the first responder to handle all type of Emergency be its fire, building collapse, road accident etc. In 1978 GOI has started a B E ( Fire Engineering) course through NFSC, Nagpur. The course is closed since 2005. Although infrastructure is created but progress to start this course for providing skilled fire engineers to industry is very slow. May consider starting this coursr from 2015-16.

New government should centralize the start-up procedure of new business, because state governments took lot of procedural time for starting up new business. So, I think that's why Indian people are attracted towards jobs instead of business. I am looking forward about new government & they will come up with great decision regarding my issues. I am hoping that, Modi ji will take decisions as soon as possible. Lots of people are eager to start business........

As the humanity is concerned India should engage in the mission to stop ISIS from its cultureless and brutal acts in the mid east with the countries such as America and its allies.Their act of slave sale,is a kind of barbarian act and we should feel shame on these acts,We should react vigorously on the as we are one of the loud sounds in the world...if we don't resist it now it will happen in India later.looking forward for your favourable decision.

sir, in our country education is not related with the skill. we have to find out what type of services/products are necessary for next 25 yrs & related with this the required manpower to fulfill the need is to be marked out. once we get the idea we can plan our education system with people interested & can fit in that format.that also help the average student to study his interesting subject & the drop out percentage form school also be reduced

It's a tough question and please provide more links for more information. However my two cents would be 1.) People should feel confident that they would not be cheated, 2.) Seek respect and should be ensured that they would get respect, 3.) Should get adequate nutrition in terms of vitamins and supplements so that working in mines would not take physical and mental toll 4.) Life saving skills and joy of helping others (I believe it needs to be taught, e.g. I do not have it naturally)

I am very fascinated by the proposed project of interlinking of rivers. This project not only provides continuous supply of water for drinking and irrigation to every place in India but also by proper economic planning and design we can use the constructed canals for navigation which greatly reduces our dependence on fossil fuels which intern reduces pollution problems. Of course this is a project which costs some lakhs of crores but it is worth spending. I hope the government starts it soon

To wipe off black money only two things required One Swap machines and Second Plastic card /Smart Card linked with PAN and Bank account. Smart card should be mandatory for every person and swap machines for every seller of goods/services. 1. For exchange of Goods payment to be made through swaps machines. 2. For exchange of Services payments to be made either by swap machines or Account payee cheques/RTGS etc. This process completely eliminates black money, further it also eliminates beggars.
