Less regulations leading to more involvement of private players will attract skills and talent to the sector. Skill development as in all other industry is mostly contributed by the private players... Opening the disk mining to private players is the right step in the right direction....

I haven't come across these teachings in schooling in India. Students learn social and civic responsibilities only by experience and not formally. Because of this children tend to bias with the surrounding. Reason to share this was that if we want change it should be incorporated in schooling when children are of a learning age and will never forget something so important. For eg. For a clean India students should be formally taught to throw the garbage in a waste bin.

I happened to study till 3rd standard in the USA and would like share my personal experience. Social and Civic responsibilities should be incorporated right from primary education in schools. In my 1st std (5 years old) I was taught how to cross the road.
1. Go to a zebra crossing
2. Look left
3. Look right
4. Again look left
5. Cross the road
This was explained so technically i still follow it to this date. I haven't come across these teachings in schooling in India.
