The country is well endowed with many metallic and non-metallic mineral resources. India is a leading player in respect of many non fuel minerals including, iron ore, bauxite, dolomite, lime stone and mica. Mining sector (non-fuel) currently accounts for approx 0.5% of GDP. For accelerated economic growth on sustainable basis, this sector has to grow at a much faster pace to secure a higher percentage in the GDP.

Scientific, sustainable and transparent mining practices require well trained manpower. Skill development not only enhances productivity and safety at work place, but more importantly, it prepares the manpower to adapt to the new state of art technologies. Currently this sector employs around 0.2 Million workforce which is estimated to grow to 0.3 Million in next 10 years.

Less regulations leading to more involvement of private players will attract skills and talent to the sector. Skill development as in all other industry is mostly contributed by the private players... Opening the disk mining to private players is the right step in the right direction....

Infrastructure: Mining companies have a no. of Training Institutes at various tiers.These can be utilised. Training Resorce: Other than the Academic Institutions teaching Mining & allied streams of Engineering Institution of Engineers(India) has a arge pool of experienced Engineers who can be utilised at a nominal expenses.They have an all India presence. Inventory of Skillset required: Mining Companies & their Machinery suppliers can dentify & appropriate accreditation can be given.

veekh magne ki pratha ko rokne ke liye pratyek gram me ek braddha aashram / anaath aashram jan sahyog se sthapit kiye jaye. clean india ke liye gram ke sarpanch samiksha baithak kare. gram me naaliyo dust bin jo chhote ho do teen gharo ke beech rakhe, nagar palikao me kam karne wale karmchaariyo ko nirdesh diye jaye ki kachra naliyo mena dale. gandgi failane balo par sakt jurmana lagaya jaye.pratyek gram me hospital pahuchne ke liye ek ambulance ka arrangement kiya jaye.shesh bad me.............

si app please logon se population ke issue pe baat kijiye unhe jagrukh kijiye vo aapki baat jarur manege so mera aapse ye vinarm nibedan hai ke app isse man ki baat radio par rake kyonki maine dekha hai ki gaon vaale radio bade dhyan se sunte hain aur jab aapki mann ki baat aati hai toh pure gaon me shor ho jata hai ki hamare pradhanmantri bolne vaale hain

I haven't come across these teachings in schooling in India. Students learn social and civic responsibilities only by experience and not formally. Because of this children tend to bias with the surrounding. Reason to share this was that if we want change it should be incorporated in schooling when children are of a learning age and will never forget something so important. For eg. For a clean India students should be formally taught to throw the garbage in a waste bin.

I happened to study till 3rd standard in the USA and would like share my personal experience. Social and Civic responsibilities should be incorporated right from primary education in schools. In my 1st std (5 years old) I was taught how to cross the road. 1. Go to a zebra crossing 2. Look left 3. Look right 4. Again look left 5. Cross the road This was explained so technically i still follow it to this date. I haven't come across these teachings in schooling in India.
