There are 3 aspects to Higher Education in current Scenario-a.JOB b.START-UP/ENTREPRENEURSHIP C.RESEARCH.I dont have the Data but I am sure Research is the LEAST preferred Field. And its not about increasing the number of Social Scientists-thats a Quantitative approach. We need to have a Qualitative approach- the existing lot of Social Scientists must be Rewarded, Recognised for their Contribution, Give them OPPORTUNITIES/ PLARTFORMS to showcase their work/talent.

In India there is very less emphasis on RESEARCH in the field of SOCIAL SCIENCES.Just like SCIENCE, SOCIAL SCIENCES must also be given equal Opportunities.Research Scholars must be compensated adequately as they sacrifice their 4-5 yrs of their initial period of Career in Research rather than going for jobs.More fellowships, Scholarships must be floated.Lack of Remuneration, basic amenities & Recognition is hindering the growth of Social Scientists in India.

It is unfortunate to say that the output from the drug research institutes is far less as compared to the cost spent on them. The uncontrolled wastage of resources (manpower, electricity, stationary & other utilities) in the name of research deeply hurts. The lack of intellectuals in deciding the priority of the work with cost efficiency paralyzes the financial status of the institutions at a later stage. I request the govt. to curb the unwanted expenditure of the tax payers money in this sector

Low expenditure on R&D is the main cause for migration. As our Government also become more innovative so it is the duty of Indian citizens to work for the betterment of India. They should present their valuable views. No task is impossible we can increase our base from grass root level and for this the Indian Gov. Program Skill India and Make in India become a boon for our nation.

Our Education Policy also needs to be modified because there is no space for R&D sector. All scholar of India migrate to foreign for higher studies. This being a Brain Drain and our mindful scholar gives there performance outside. well this is not a bad thing but if everyone moves outside India then who will work for India. Our scientist doing a great job. They need a assistance of the youths of India. If Youth power is in safe hands then the day is no more away that India will also developed.

As India become the first nation to launch a GSLV at a very low cost no doubt we have a caliber to innovate more and more but the cause behind this we are lacking is the bad policies so it should be modified according to the current scenario and a well managed and good environment for our engg, doctor, scientist should be provided so that they motivated to work with India. NASA has occupied with the Indian Scientist and they are inventing new technique there because they providethem a highsalary

Well R&D is the most important sector. Our government should increase the expenditure on it so as to achieve the innovation and new technology. We can take a example of America here there exp. on this sector is huge so that why it is leading in the world. Government should start various program for the scientist, doctor, engineers etc and make proper environment so that they all serve for their nation. firstly at school level it should be implemented and for a developing nation is most imp.
