हमारा देश विभिन्न धात्विक और गैर धात्विक खनिज संसाधनों से परिपूर्ण है। भारत में लौह अयस्क, बॉक्साइट, डोलोमाइट, चूना पत्थर और अभ्रक सहित कई गैर ईंधन खनिज पाए जाते हैं। खनन क्षेत्र (गैर-ईंधन) वर्तमान में सकल घरेलू उत्पाद में लगभग 0.5% का योगदान प्रदान करता है। स्थायी तौर पर त्वरित आर्थिक विकास के लिए, इस क्षेत्र को तेज़ी से विकास करना होगा जिससे सकल घरेलू उत्पाद में इसके योगदान के प्रतिशत को बढाया जा सके।

वैज्ञानिक, सतत और पारदर्शी खनन कार्यों के लिए प्रशिक्षित लोगों की आवश्यकता है। कौशल विकास न केवल उत्पादकता और कार्यस्थल पर सुरक्षा को बढ़ावा देगा अपितु यह लोगों को नई प्रौद्योगिकियों को अपनाने और उसका प्रयोग करने के लिए भी प्रशिक्षित करेगा। वर्तमान में इस क्षेत्र ने 0.2 लाख कर्मचारियों को रोजगार प्रदान किया है जिसका अगले 10 साल में 0.3 मिलियन होने का अनुमान है।

I am working with oil and gas production for past several years and the way to measure efficient mining of natural resources is to measure: productivity per employee, carbon foot print per unit of production and safety records per year. To achieve these milestones with the given target a mining company will be forced to upgrade the skills of the employees and without skill development these things are not possible to achieve. Be objective is the mantra if one wants to be successful in any manner

Dear sir website of ministry of company affairs www.mca.gov.in is 1.highly inefficient . has never been able to handle the traffic.3.Always shows error message while uploading the files.4.not very user friendly.5.Takes five times more time for the task wasting the time and energy of the professionals like CAs and CS.It is suggested that you should give task of management of the site to companies like google

Sir Please give special incentives to small scale entrepreneurs who are the backbone of economic development for example try giving them free land like you choose to give to TATA in Neno project.They can do wonders.Giving sops to big houses like tata,reliance,adani will not solve the economic problems of low demand.

It is a common philosophy that health/food/working facility are not considered for casual workers and junior officials. In India we do not treat juniors as human being. Apart from skill, feel good factor that all working in mine area are equal as far as health/ safety/ fooding /logistic is cultivated, people with willingness might not come to this field. Case studies are such that mining sector is a last option, nor the parents want it. In mining job, people be given 20 daysON/OFF working option

Respacted Sir please do something for special chalanged person i have a one brother which is mantily special child and so many of persons are in india fighting with same problems and many more i want say somthing for in this metter 1 provide a job for this type person according his ability 2 provide a pension direct to his account 3 give the facility to open his account easily without any problem 4 make a hostel and school for this type of persons 5 every information got it easily

Dear sir, In most of the cities the roads becomes worst because of the digging of the roads for laying cables, Water pipelines, Electrical cables and maintenance of the same there after. My suggestion: Why can’t we make a permanent tunnel below the road so that all the cables, pipe lines can be laid in this? This can be rented out for the different users so that for maintenance, it can self-generate the fund.
