सरकारी धन का एक बड़ा हिस्‍सा रियायती पेट्रोलियम उत्‍पाद उपलब्ध कराने में खर्च हो जाता है। सरकार ने वर्ष 2013-14 में रियायती पेट्रोलियम उत्‍पाद उपलब्ध कराने में 1, 39, 869 करोड़ रुपए खर्च किए थे। चूंकि कच्‍चे तेल और एलपीजी की घरेलू उपलब्‍धता सीमित है इसलिए मांग को पूरा करने के लिए इनका बड़ी मात्रा में आयात किया जाता है। सरकार पर घरेलू एलपीजी और पीडीएस मिट्टी का तेल रियायत प्राप्त मूल्यों पर उपलब्‍ध कराने के कारण सब्सिडी का बोझ पड़ता है। एलपीजी और एसकेओ के लिए निर्धारित किये गए अलग-अलग और दोहरे मूल्‍य के कारण (रियायत प्राप्‍त और बिना किसी रियायत के) रियायत प्राप्‍त एलपीजी और मिट्टी के तेल का प्रयोग वाणिज्‍यिक क्षेत्र में किया जाता है। यद्यपि सरकार ने रियायत प्राप्‍त एलपीजी और पीडीएस मिट्टी के तेल के इस प्रयोग को रोकने के लिए बहुत से कदम उठाए हैं लेकिन एलपीजी और पीडीएस मिट्टी के तेल के विपथन में कमी लाने के लिए हम नागरिकों के सुझाव चाहते हैं।

एलपीजी तथा मिट्टी के तेल के विपथन और सरकार पर रियायत संबंधी भार को कम करने के लिए अपने सुझाव साझा करें।

Honorable Prim Minister, if we want to smart city or clean city so first think is we Increase the production of energy or electricity without this nothing is possible. I have some Ideas where we can increase the energy production .In india there have large amount of waste, we used this waste for the production energy( we can setup of industrial level biogas plant then we reduce the power crises).we know that Germany is Europe's biggest biogas producer and the market leader in biogas technolog

Honorable Prime Minister, I wanted to share some ideas where we can increase the Give it up scheme. 1. Provide the consumer some kind honor with a letter signed ( digitally ) by the Prime minister of India in helping by giving the subsidy 2. Some preference for railway reservation (like a quota e.g 5-6 tickets ) in a year in which the consumer himself is travelling.3. Some preferential service to the consumer when he books LPG so that he gets it within 48 hours.These not have any burden excheqer

Respected Sirs First step should b to deregulate lpg prices... Say anyone with taxable income above 10 lacs should buy at market price and dbt restricted to those below that level.. Similarly for kerosene aadhar should b used to map beneficiaries and dbt should b initiated and implemented soon....th eligible beneficiaries should b required to provide the aadhar no and cadh transfer to their account... Installments of biogas plant should be done in villages and even in the developing villages this will help in less consumption of LPG and the waste generated by cows will also be used and even the health of the people will also improve when the problem of garbage is solved with biogas plant.

Why not open the competition to private sector with similar rural commitment like PSUs. Rather than us deciding dealer commissions, prices- government should allow the competition to decide prices and transfer subsidies directly to people. This way a level playing field will be given to the companies which will in turn be beneficial for consumers as companies will fight for market share with innovation and better services. put out a regulator to ensure similar urban and rural commitments

respected pm mai apka dyan akarsit karana chahti hu green energy ki taraf mahodaya maine danik bhaskar paperme pada tha ki foreign m waste food se energy release karwa kar uska use city ki buses k fuel k use m le rahe h. to hum ko nhi is tarah k project use karna chaliye aur desh ko laabh pahucana cahiye... apse ek nivedan h ki ap jo bhi project liye usme naye logo ko tranning de kar jode taki sabhi ko nayi cheeze sikhne me madat mile aur wo bhi arthik roop se sakcham bane... thank u

Also, why do you have MULTIPLE DEALERSHIP NORMS??? In today's scenario, when LPG/Petrol/Diesel is almost fully deregulated, make the sector fully OPEN by allowing Multiple Dealership norms. Why is the Govt. deciding on the number of dealerships a person can run when the market is FREE & OPEN?? Those who can work will get rewarded and just by allotting Dealerships to incapable people who are unable to manage their dealerships, ultimately its a waste of resources & money.

First, you increase Dealer commission to viable levels so that the Dealer can also give Rs.30 to his refillmen for delivery. In such case, each refillman will earn around Rs. 500/- per day that comes to Rs. 15,000/- p.m. that is the basic minimum he needs to feed his family. And once that is done, you can then see diversion will reduce by reducing the price gap between 14 kg & 19 kg. If commission is not increased to viable levels, you cant expect to solve the problem.

Unless & until the Dealer commission is increased, DIVERSION CAN NEVER Be eliminated by anyone. In today's world, you cant expect the LPG dealer to get the delivery done at a mere commission of Rs. 44.56 due to high overhead expenses involved & delivery charges. Even if we courier a 14 gram letter within the city, it costs Rs. 20-25 And here you pay only 44.56 commission to Dealers for 14.2 kg filled LPG & 15 kg empty cylinder weight and expect them to come clean?? Wrong policy.
