डाटा, एप्लीकेशन और संसाधन के अंतर्संचालनीयता के लिए पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र बनाने हेतु सरकारी संगठन द्वारा प्रदान किये जाने वाले ओपन एप्लीकेशन प्रोग्रामिंग इंटरफ़ेस के लिए एक नीति तैयार करने की जरूरत है। “भारत सरकार के लिए ओपन एपीआई" नीति का निर्माण सरकारी संगठनों में ओपन एपीआई के औपचारिक प्रयोग को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए किया गया है। यह नीति सभी ई-शासन संबंधी एप्लीकेशन और प्रणाली के सॉफ्टवेयर अंतर्संचालनीयता को बढ़ावा देने और डाटा और सेवाएँ नागरिकों और अन्य हितधारकों को उपलब्ध करा कर उनकी भागीदारी को बढ़ाने के लिए ओपन एपीआई का प्रयोग सरकार द्वारा कैसे किया जाना चाहिए इसके बारे में जानकारी प्रदान करती है।

हम नीति और सरकारी संगठनों में इसको कार्यान्वित करने हेतु अपने सुझाव साझा करने के लिए आमंत्रित करते हैं।

सर वनारसी साड़ी को विश्व में पहचान दिलाने के लिए आप जिस भी विदेशी दौरे पर जाये उस देश के प्रमुख की पत्नी को वनारसी साड़ी उपहार में दे इससे दुनिया के सामने आपके उपहार के तौर पर लोग पूछेगे और पता चलेगा दुनिया को साथ ही वनारसी साड़ी की विक्री बढ़ेगी

At almost all govt offices a lot of paper are misused by printing unnecessary reports. Higher officials ask for hard copy of reports from the subordinates. while almost all the officers are provided with computers and internet connection, paper less communication should immediately be made mandatory. In my office in the railways I see a lot of paper is printed everyday to submit hard copy to the officers. This should immediately made electronic.

महोदय डाटा, एप्लीकेशन और संसाधन हेतु वेतन एवम पेंशन के लिये भी एक एसा सॉफ्टवेयर बना दिया जाय जिसमें किसी भी डाटा को डाला जाय तो वह स्वतः ही पूरा विवरण जनरेट कर दे।तथा उसे आधार कार्ड से जोड दिया जाय जिससे किसी गलती की सम्भावना ही समाप्त हो जाय।जैसे किसी की पे १००० हो तो उसे आने वाले सालों में इस हिसाब से पैसा मिलेगा तथा रिटायर होने पर पेंशन की गणना भी हो जाय।यानि की डाटा हर समय अपडेट रहे।सारी विसंगति पे व पेंशन में ही होती हैं जो कर्मचारी की हडताल का मूल कारण है

want to give a suggestion for thrusting tourism in India. a pilot project can be done here. Millions of employees are working under PSU's. You have to force mandatory Travel Holiday of say 7-10 days for all the employees which can be opt in any quarter of the year to ensure it does not affect the work of company. Just see how much money they are going to pump in tourism sector while travelling. Special offer can be given on remote/hill area village tour, north east visit. China is already doing

We should look at integrating vehicle registration data. Problems relating to people relocating within India face lot of issues regarding the road tax paid on vehicles. Sometimes due to state change end up paying double tax with no refund from previous state. technology should be used to remove such anomalies and make free movement of vehicles within India.....

JAYAPUR SPEECH & GANDHI JI'S SPEECH AT BHU on 4 Feb 1916. Sir your speech today reminded me of the speech of Gandhi ji. That was the first major speech that he gave after returning from S Africa and insisted on sanitation & the bad practice of public spitting. Village birthday and hand washing are really inspirational ideas. I am sending your the link of Gandhi speech. http://www.gandhi-manibhavan.org/gandhicomesalive/speech2.htm. Nobody since Gandhi has raised these issues of life & living.
