कौशल विकास और उद्यमशीलता मंत्रालय को देश में कौशल विकास और उद्यमशीलता के लिए एक रोडमैप तैयार करने को कहा गया है। व्यांपक और हॉलिस्टिेक पॉलिसी दस्तासवेज तैयार करना इस प्रक्रिया का अभिन्नक अंग है। इसमें पहले से तैयार कौशल-विकास की मौजूदा राष्ट्री्य नीति (एन पी एस डी) 2009, पर नए सिरे से दृष्टि डालने की आवश्यिकता है।

मंत्रालय कौशल-विकास और उद्यमशीलता 2015, पर राष्ट्रीयय नीति का एक मसौदा तैयार करने में जुटा हुआ है। सभी संबंधित केंद्रीय मंत्रालयों/विभगों से कौशल विकास और उद्यमशीलता की दिशा में किए जा रहे कार्यो के साथ-साथ इस क्षेत्र की समस्या ओं और चिंताओं के संबंध में प्रारम्भिरक इनपुट्स मांगे गए थे। राष्ट्री य नीति का मसौदा इन्हींं प्रारम्भिेक इनपुट्स तथा पिछले छह माह के दौरान सभी संबंधित हित-धारकों के साथ विचार-विमर्श के आधार पर तैयार किया गया है। अब इस मसौदा नीति पर विस्तृवत विचार-विमर्श की आवश्यरकता महसूस हुई है जिससे कुशल भारत का निर्माण तीव्र गति, स्केतल और गुणवत्ताव के साथ संभव हो और इस संबंध में सुसंगत विजन और रोडमैप तैयार किया जा सके।

As I have worked with Assessing Bodies like India Skills and FICCI, I can prove that the Assessors and assessment practices are not appropriate. Assessing bodies should be regulated as per the international standards and there should be strict monitoring over them. Assessors competencies should be checked by international agencies as current system has lot of loopholes for under table settlements.Most of assessors and trainers can be proved incompetent and are involved in undertable settlement

First all the existing staff of Govt. Schools should be turned to disciplined 1 as there are schools and there is staff also but still nobody is going to that schools. If we can make IIT that's owned by Govt. to prestigious why can't we make our schools better than the private ones.

Monitoring should be done by International Agencies. Even Sector Skill Councils should be monitored as they are also now behaving as other government agencies having under table arrangements.Governing Bodies of Sector Skill Councils should have rotational representation chosen through a transparent open selection process rather than the current system. Industry partners from all states and as much as segments should be involved

Vijayapur(Bijapur) in Karnataka state Railways are very slow solapur to bangalore railway via vijayapur runs about 30/kmph speed from Vijayapur(Bijapur) to Gadaga. All Express and ordinary trains are travelling in same speed i.e 30/kmph so please increase the speed of all trains travelling via Bijapur to Gadaga. We all Indians mentally accepting the bullet trains but in our area all people thinking that our trains are very slow and travelling is very bore. So please order to the railway dep

Hi, Although it is not a worth while practice to share the views on any policy as they are pre decided and it is just a formal procedure, but still I would like to suggest that 1. Just like standardization in content,there should be standardization in practices & compliance. All schemes should have outcomes of same level. For reference,guidelines of NSDC lead schemes should be as hard as that of Aajeevika / DDUGKY under MoRD otherwise the training partners will cheat as they did in STAR

Hello everyone. Firstly Thanks to ministry of skill development to give us the opportunity to share our views/suggestions on the skill development policies. 1) Government should more focus on awareness program related to a) Population control b) women empowerment in rural area c) Girl child education in rural area d) AIDS and SEX education awareness e) Women Rights f) Agriculture modern technologies awareness 6) All goverment schemes which are already executed but actual benificary's

institutes. Alternatively (just as China does) anyone who wishes to open a university/college should first open a few industries and then train the youth for the exact requirements of their Industry. The sector skill councils should not charge any fee (generally 5 lakhs or more) from the micro industry to become VTP's, and the government should pay the micro industrialist the monies fromt eh STAR or similar schemes. It is time we stopped doing more of the same (stupidities) and think out of box.
