कौशल विकास और उद्यमशीलता मंत्रालय को देश में कौशल विकास और उद्यमशीलता के लिए एक रोडमैप तैयार करने को कहा गया है। व्यांपक और हॉलिस्टिेक पॉलिसी दस्तासवेज तैयार करना इस प्रक्रिया का अभिन्नक अंग है। इसमें पहले से तैयार कौशल-विकास की मौजूदा राष्ट्री्य नीति (एन पी एस डी) 2009, पर नए सिरे से दृष्टि डालने की आवश्यिकता है।

मंत्रालय कौशल-विकास और उद्यमशीलता 2015, पर राष्ट्रीयय नीति का एक मसौदा तैयार करने में जुटा हुआ है। सभी संबंधित केंद्रीय मंत्रालयों/विभगों से कौशल विकास और उद्यमशीलता की दिशा में किए जा रहे कार्यो के साथ-साथ इस क्षेत्र की समस्या ओं और चिंताओं के संबंध में प्रारम्भिरक इनपुट्स मांगे गए थे। राष्ट्री य नीति का मसौदा इन्हींं प्रारम्भिेक इनपुट्स तथा पिछले छह माह के दौरान सभी संबंधित हित-धारकों के साथ विचार-विमर्श के आधार पर तैयार किया गया है। अब इस मसौदा नीति पर विस्तृवत विचार-विमर्श की आवश्यरकता महसूस हुई है जिससे कुशल भारत का निर्माण तीव्र गति, स्केतल और गुणवत्ताव के साथ संभव हो और इस संबंध में सुसंगत विजन और रोडमैप तैयार किया जा सके।

Why must we skill everyone to be say a 'plumber'? Human beings can't be motivated to do things, well, just for money alone. It's their dreams and aspirations that make them do things with excellence. How about to let the first part of the process be a week long workshop to help the youth to figure out their natural tendencies and inclinations as also long term aspirations. Achiever- Aspirant - Associations need to developed to scale up the business. In this process some of the aspirants may turn out to be achiever to take independent charge of the business and may for similar achiever-aspirant-association. Government should support those achievers who want to associate with aspirants to scale -up their business.

one way to address this Challenger in a meaningful way is to develop the competencies of the rural youth and motivate them to take up self employment in the rural &semi urban areas without migrating to large cities.with the above objective in mind govt.start one single platform for all skill development activities across India is rural urban self employment training institute.raj kumar

One Single Platform for all Skill Development Activities across India is a must. Both Academia and Industry should be the main stake holders supported by public and private organizations involved in skill development, training, assessment, certification and employment. I created a platform called UDHYOGMITHRA - friend of employment. this gives a Smart Card which will be the portable resume linked in Aadhar Card. Udhyogmithra is NSDC Innovation Winner.

skill development programs must be taken as complimentary with academic studies but till now academicians are taking it in a comparative manner thats till now very less universities have introduced skill based studies under Choice Based Credit System, whereas it must be made mandatory to have skill based studies and courses under Choice Based Credit System so to have a segment of highly educated skilled manpower.

vocationalisation of higher education system is must. till now academicians in higher education system don't give value to Skill studies as because of this there is scarcity of skill development programs in the university level programs. whereas skill development programs must go on simultaneously with the academic studies of any student.example after doing B.Com any student have to do tally or accounting separately after completing his studies, whereas this can be done simultaneously.

Skill dvlpmnt shd nt b ltd merely to industrial work. It must start at school level. My school used to conduct 1 yr courses frm 8th std onwards n we were allowed to choose subjects frm arts n crafts, musical instruments, creative writing etc. So in 3 yrs we could aquire 3 skills without spending any extra time. Nowadays photography, editing, graphics designing n such technological skills can be taught as children r already much savvy in these matters.

Ensure everything is being put into reality. Appropriate evaluation of the policies based on the pragmatic conditions to be carried out at all the levels of the concerned institutions. Please do concentrate on the women workforce.Try to impart the required skills to them. For distressed youth,residing in the villages, who lack in basic skills, policies must provide an helping hand. Farmers must be provided with a world class agro education and skills.In turn country will prosper.

Till Date NSDC hane been working for the Same The STAR Scheme is 1000cr Scam Two biggest challenges are 1.Mobilization of the youths for training 2.providing them the right skill sets 1400848 Enrolled & 1400844 Trained although Passing ratio is 70% Still we have to emphasize on exact training i think we are working for talent management not how smartly we gain nos.
