कौशल विकास और उद्यमशीलता मंत्रालय को देश में कौशल विकास और उद्यमशीलता के लिए एक रोडमैप तैयार करने को कहा गया है। व्यांपक और हॉलिस्टिेक पॉलिसी दस्तासवेज तैयार करना इस प्रक्रिया का अभिन्नक अंग है। इसमें पहले से तैयार कौशल-विकास की मौजूदा राष्ट्री्य नीति (एन पी एस डी) 2009, पर नए सिरे से दृष्टि डालने की आवश्यिकता है।

मंत्रालय कौशल-विकास और उद्यमशीलता 2015, पर राष्ट्रीयय नीति का एक मसौदा तैयार करने में जुटा हुआ है। सभी संबंधित केंद्रीय मंत्रालयों/विभगों से कौशल विकास और उद्यमशीलता की दिशा में किए जा रहे कार्यो के साथ-साथ इस क्षेत्र की समस्या ओं और चिंताओं के संबंध में प्रारम्भिरक इनपुट्स मांगे गए थे। राष्ट्री य नीति का मसौदा इन्हींं प्रारम्भिेक इनपुट्स तथा पिछले छह माह के दौरान सभी संबंधित हित-धारकों के साथ विचार-विमर्श के आधार पर तैयार किया गया है। अब इस मसौदा नीति पर विस्तृवत विचार-विमर्श की आवश्यरकता महसूस हुई है जिससे कुशल भारत का निर्माण तीव्र गति, स्केतल और गुणवत्ताव के साथ संभव हो और इस संबंध में सुसंगत विजन और रोडमैप तैयार किया जा सके।

To encourage entrepreneurship, tax breaks can be given in the initial years of operation and process of setting up a new company can be greatly simplified. It also depends on the availability of physical infrastructure, skilled human capital, market demand for the product or service, willingness of consumers to pay for the product or service, and ability of the new venture to create jobs. States which have potential have the opportunity to highlight themselves in above mentioned areas.

Please review the no-detention policy till class 8th. Students have no good reason to study or learn even the basic things. There can be huge backlog to cover if student is from poor or disadvantaged background and has to make ends meet instead of studying. If skilled manpower has to be developed, then at least its foundation should be strong. Also, given that so much of our population is young, the country may be burdened with unskilled manpower in years to come if this policy continues.

skill development and entrepreneurship is basically based on many factors like 1. geographical region 2.environmental conditions 3.education among people. and for that first of all we have to divide every state into small clusters and then we have to open training institutions for the people. These training institutions should be well equipped along with small production units and their showrooms where the trainee can showcase their products and get the scholarship after selling the same.

Sir,1. Please strengthen the state level ITI institutes by way of providing trained staff, necessary input materials and mass level advertisement inviting youngsters to join them.2. A Central level Authority be constituted for skill development and entrepreneurship. 3. This Authority be from red tapism and only skilled and experienced persons be deputed on rotation basis.4 There must be a provision for registration of skilled persons and remuneration be fixed & reviewed by the that Authority.

On 26-4-15 in his speech Maan Ki baat Respected PM Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi emphasized on MAYLA MATHE PE DHONA (carrying dirt on head). The phrase was headline in each and every NEWS of the day. Is He really concern about this and made provisions of reservation in LOK SABHA, RAJYA SABHA, STATE VIDHAN SABHA, MILITARY etc etc etc ...... Such reservations are in place in other aspects of life. Respected PM Mr NARENDRA DAMODARDAS MODI SIR do you have explanation or just a speech.

If the government's idea of implementation is like point 5.1.2 where the Consortium of young entrepreneurs is devolved only till the District level, it will fail miserably. It has to be implemented at the level of electoral wards to have any meaningful impact. Anything above that level would give rise to corruption since people won't know each other personally to feel shame and non implementation on the ground. #NationalPolicyforSkillDevelopmentandEntrepreneurship

i really appreciate pm's "make in india" concept and his efforts to attract foreign investments. but the ground reality not looking attractive for foreigners. foreign investors are looking for changes in, 1)indian judicial system as cases are taking years to get settled and its causing headache to them. 2)co-operation among states bcoz they differ each other at every accept. 3)slow decision making process by IAS's. 4)bribery. if these are solved, investors urge themselves to come to india.
