मंत्रालय आपको ग्राम संरचना दिवस के लिए एक तिथि सुझाने(कोई विशेष तिथि/ ऐतिहासिक कारणों के आधार पर तिथि का चयन या फिर 24 अप्रैल, पंचायती राज दिवस के अवसर पर) और इसके लिए कार्यक्रम के आयोजन से संबंधित अपने विचार एवं सुझाव साझा करने के लिए आमंत्रित करता है।

ग्राम संरचना दिवस के निम्नलिखित पहलुओं से संबंधित कुछ प्रश्नों पर नागरिकों के विचार आमंत्रित किये गए हैं:

ग्राम संरचना दिवस के लिए तिथि का चयन किस आधार पर किया जाए (कोई विशेष तिथि/ ऐतिहासिक कारणों के आधार पर तिथि का चयन या फिर 24 अप्रैल, पंचायती राज दिवस के अवसर पर)?
गाँव संरचना दिवस में कौन सी गतिविधियों को शामिल किया जाए?
गाँव संरचना दिवस के अवसर पर ग्रामीण लोगों को इससे कैसे जोड़ा जाए?
गाँव संरचना दिवस मनाने के लिए वित्तीय सहायता कहाँ से मिल सकती है?
गाँव संरचना दिवस पर ग्रामीणों/ ग्राम पंचायतों द्वारा अगले पांच सालों के लिए क्या लक्ष्य निर्धारित किये जाने चाहिए (जैसे शिशु मृत्यु-दर और मातृ मृत्यु-दर में कमी, साफ़ पेयजल, खुले में शौच मुक्त गांव, ठोस और तरल अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन इत्यादि) और क्या संकल्प लिया जाना चाहिए?
लोगों को उनके द्वारा किये गए कार्य के लिए किस आधार पर सम्मानित किया जाना चाहिए?
ग्रामीण लोगों को उनके द्वारा किये गए असाधारण कार्य के लिए किस तरह के पुरस्कार दिए जाने चाहिए?

1.The date of celebration should be one of every district. 2.Activities- a.Tree plantation b.Recognization of the development work to be done by themselves for with the help of MLA,MP etc. c.The villagers on that day should count the no. of schools going children in the villages & try to enroll more children on that day. d.The development of toilets in the homes & schools. e.They should also try to import some good teachers into their villages or develop a good teacher in that year.

In one year time: government should transform rural development of atleast 1 district in each state. Bring non cultivable wasteland into suitable for cultivation, introduce waster shed in parched land of district, each village has to buy machinery for agriculture and schedule its use strictly(use lottery technique for sequencing whose land the machinery work in order), every owner must ensure clean surrounding around and infront of residence.

Each panchayat should be treated and more so evolve itself as an enterprise who markets its needs and fulfils its duty towards citizens for example 1. Creating a credit society & many self help groups. 2. Share knowledge and skills within its villagers. 3. Ensure proper functioning of schools. This is possible without much monetary support as the villages are rich in social capital

if panchayat election will be in education or test basis thn also we can minimize these problems and if educated youth will be the sarpanch or panchayat officer thn he will do smthng bettr thn others and education system should be implimented for all elections..............from gram panchyat officer to central ministers should be education or test basis ....election...should be conducted

Panchayats should be digitally connected to various governmental offices of the area. Computer savvy person from the village itself should be appointed to work in the ePanchayat office. Various village level work/ activities should be done at the ePanchayat office. The ePanchayat can also work as railway booking centre in addition to act as facilitation centre for pension, health, aadhar, ration card etc. Aim should be to give govt services at door step of villagers - to become a ditigal india
