पिछले दो दशकों में भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था ने वैश्वीकरण और उदारीकरण के काऱण, कई घरेलू और अंतरराष्ट्रीय कंपनियों को विशेष रूप से उपभोक्ता वस्तुओं और सेवाओं में विशाल घरेलू बाजार पर लक्षित व्यवसाय/व्यापार मॉडल के नए तरीके में निवेश करने के लिए तैयार हुई हैं। प्रत्यक्ष बिक्री इन विधियों में से एक है, जहां माल/सेवाएं उपभोक्ताओं को निर्माता/सेवा प्रदाता द्वारा सीधे बेचे जा रहे हैं। इसके लिए विभिन्न मॉडलों जैसे, मल्टी लेवल/नेटवर्क मार्केटिंग, डोर टु डोर सेलिंग, ऑनलाइन सेलिंग, टेली-शॉपिंग का इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है। यह कार्य प्रणाली नई और परंपरागत खुदरा दुकानों से अलग हैं।

इन मॉडलों के माध्यम से एक उचित नियामक ढांचे के अभाव में, उपभोक्ता की ओर से खुदरा, व्यापारी के मुद्दों, क्षेत्र का धीमा विकास आदि की शिकायत की जा सकती है।

Now a days medicines are also available on direct selling sites. Its a very risky health matter. One can easily avail narcotics drugs on fake prescription. On other side if customers start using online services for purchasing medicines, how could they get the lifesaving emergency drugs if number of retail medical stores decresed. Please stop sell of any medicine through online trade.

A strong Real Estate Bill is needed to regulate the fraudulent schemes run by various Real Estate Builders in name of luxury homes and duping lakhs of rupees (life's savings for most) from simple and/or gullible customers. Many banks turn a blind eye or have unholy nexus with such builders and release easy home loans without doing their due diligence. The so called tri-partite agreement is drafted favoring the builder unjustifiably. This leads to delay and poor quality of homes.

The LPG Cylinder which are not registered with their owners name are still in circulation. Leakage in distribution is still prevalent(i.e. BLACK cylinder business). Due to this, corruption or leakage can be easily find. To Avoid this, I wish to suggest something. -Scheme to withdrew loosed cylinder(may be with adequate money compensation for their return) -Increasing the network of distribution of 5 kg cylinder from metro cities to small towns. This will definitely reduce leakages

100%fail of our regulatory bodies in consumer protection a single window and same policy for all frauds done by sellers and manufacturing companies. we need to change our warranty policy in all sectors and give more priority to buyers most electronic product company's are not arranging service center s in tire 3 cities. impose fines for every fault ignore the intensity. they would have fear about consumer negligence.

We buy milk in poly packs of brands like Amul, Mother Dairy, Paras etc. But we do not know whether the milk is of cow, buffalo, goat etc. I think it should be written on the poly pack that the milk in the poly pack is of Gaai, Bhains, Bakri, or is made from milk powder, soya powder etc. We have the right to know it. Thanks if my comment is of any relevance. I will be highly obliged if I get a reply to my comment from the concerned authority in the Government.

I realized how difficult it is to start anything in india when I tried to make a solar panel at my home. When I searched internet for the materials required to make it. I found none online. When I searched for PV cells ,all I could see was foreign countries products in spite of having lots of manufacturers in India. When I approached an Indian company for PV cells, they can only send quotes. Same stuffs could be found with no trouble on any western country site.Isnt it market monopoly

Law should be made for protection of customer of DTV,bcz he ends up buying set of box with dish antenna & cable of each DTV co the moment customer changes the service provider. This has been in anvil from long, it should be done immediately. So is the case with ISP, broadband service & 4G service. Consumer should hv right to change the service provider without having to pay for the cable, & box by merely giving a call or SMS, since cos also don't give receipt for payments made by customers.
