Dear sir, All fruit vendors and merchants are using chemicals as chloroethylphosphonic acid to in excess amount to ripen the fruits. As a consumer if we are questioning for that and they are not yet all considering it bother about it. Their is no high level vigilance to control on. In our incridable country we r not having quality food even we are paying an excess prices on it. Dear sir please take great revalution on indian citizens health and please provide food which not contains any pesticid

The direct selling Activities is successful for big player who are rich,but for the former,marginalized,poor,middle class,below middle class, we need to develop a system,which can be done through KVIC outlets situated in India and abroad. For these products produced by the above class should be tested for PURITY,SAFETY,AND EFFICACY and a mark of standard should be stamped.These products should be advertised in the interest of socioeconomic growth of our country.

govt if possible after having the forums shld also have direect selling facility avail to wholeselllers at district level so distribution..quantityprices and quality b maintained.govt once they help farmers b4 they start can get into contract wth them and decide on seelling price and who will buy the product it will be easy to manage things.farmers will also get the benefits of govt prices for which he will definitely accept if acility given like this to him

govt shld open forums at taluka level for farmers who would be buying thr produce directly to the forums deleting the middle man.they also shld provide moneytary help wth help from banks and financial institutions b4 farmers strts farming during rainy season wchih will lower the risk of farmers being victim of savkari.and pay huge intt rates.this direct selling to govt institutions will also help in contrlling the prices in the market and regulate inflaton

I suggest that there should be only one standard for all products because if you ask the business person to comply with all the different standard then it will not possible for him/her to do so. So Government should evolve one standard which covers all the category of products and all kinds of business activities so it becomes easy for consumer to remember the standard and also to the business person to run the business.

Selling any product in India should require mandatory compliance with Indian standard eg. fssai and allied certification for all food products. ISI standard for all electronics goods,equipment including cellphone, toys, locks and bags etc. every product should follow minimum standard whether sold directly or Indirectly. this will insure consumer protection and discourage import and manufacturing of substandard products mostly designed to exploit citizens from low income group and harms economy.

what individuals pay , they are not getting according to it .ADULTERATION & UNREGISTERED MARKETING are the main reasons . Strict laws should be there and they should be strictly implemented. Why only a small penalty is there for the ones who make others drink UREA & DETERGENT in so called healthy milk.... Mr Prime Minister you will not drink it ...will you ? ....then why the majority of population is left with it....... ...secondly why aren't we having every shop however small it is registered .....why can't we have bills for vegetables , snacks , milk from local vendors .....or is it the legacy of malls.. for the same product..... many problems including corruption can be controlled by getting everyone registered .... though in small amount but it will affect.... People n companies across the country are suffering n getting harassed because of PCMCS Act being misused on Genuine Direct Selling Companies n the sellers. Approx 2 million people in India are direct sellers and eagerly waiting for the direct selling law to be passed under consumer protection authority which is being formulated. It's high time now government acts n save this industry which gives so many people the livelihood with squeezing job market.
