पिछले दो दशकों में भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था ने वैश्वीकरण और उदारीकरण के काऱण, कई घरेलू और अंतरराष्ट्रीय कंपनियों को विशेष रूप से उपभोक्ता वस्तुओं और सेवाओं में विशाल घरेलू बाजार पर लक्षित व्यवसाय/व्यापार मॉडल के नए तरीके में निवेश करने के लिए तैयार हुई हैं। प्रत्यक्ष बिक्री इन विधियों में से एक है, जहां माल/सेवाएं उपभोक्ताओं को निर्माता/सेवा प्रदाता द्वारा सीधे बेचे जा रहे हैं। इसके लिए विभिन्न मॉडलों जैसे, मल्टी लेवल/नेटवर्क मार्केटिंग, डोर टु डोर सेलिंग, ऑनलाइन सेलिंग, टेली-शॉपिंग का इस्तेमाल किया जा रहा है। यह कार्य प्रणाली नई और परंपरागत खुदरा दुकानों से अलग हैं।

इन मॉडलों के माध्यम से एक उचित नियामक ढांचे के अभाव में, उपभोक्ता की ओर से खुदरा, व्यापारी के मुद्दों, क्षेत्र का धीमा विकास आदि की शिकायत की जा सकती है।

sir, if we regulate direct selling we can get enormous results like 1. per-capita income will rise 2. employment to everyone will be ensured 3. make our system can be clear by reducing black money 4. this is system which was recognized more than 100 countries 5. direct selling is the only industry having double digit growth over the last decade

Either direct selling or traditional selling Govt. Knows how to collect taxes. I guess here Govt. asking suggestions to help unemployed and uneducated people by making regulations. There may be other small issues, however if the direct selling is going to help more unemployed people, my suggestions to Govt. is to make strong regulations and bring up on urgent basis. So that we can reduce unemployment in the country. Many unemployed desperately waiting for govt. regulations.

Most of the transactions are not documented (avoiding to provide bills with excuse). Govt may try as a pilot study to start with some commodity for direct selling. This will help reduction in selling price and curb the un-ethical practice of some trader/s. Strict regulation may be imposed by way of penalty by sending in jail (no fine).

The transactions must be made through bank like the swipe of a debit or credit card. In India one person has many accounts in different banks which should be controlled and then the regulations can be brought in. cash transactions must be allowed for amount below Rs.1000/- only. This is my view in case if I am wrong pls ignore it.

Govt should come up with Swipe Cards Indian Payment Systems, which will be used everywhere, that there will be no cash transaction, it should not be given to Visa or Master CArd. we should have our Own Payment system Call INPAY sysytem. small machine will be fitted and card will be recharges with money everywhere. so there will be no change problem and payment will be white and receiver will be also getting money in Whilte

Govt. Should use online payments/ cheques/ drafts to stop bribery or commission charges of agents, like in may ng passport/license etc. Delivery boy of the LPG cylinders are always charged more than bill amount,so govt has to give them a swip machine that makes all the payments transparent, u also issue a rule that if u want to subsidy of the cylinder u have to pay the payment of cylinder with same a/c who receives subsidy that stop the kalabzare of cylinders
