Make 100% SC/ST + OBC reservation in all private. Goverment colleges and all private + goverment Companys. Besides make tax rate = 100 % on all people working from General class. I am sure Indian will become a super power also then. Mr. Modi asked my innovation are not happen in India. If he implement above, innovation will start in this country.

why would we want to stop brain drain? Private sector companies employ best talent and so does government.Only that the skill sets requirement are different.Private companies need people who can increase their profit and government needs people who can suck tax payers money into politicians pocket.Corrupt are also intelligent. If we want intelligent and honest people to join government then we must have government which is objective and rule based in its approach.

Educated people are frustrated when they donot get proper environment for working. I have seen that in many sectors workers pretend to work but actually they r not doing any thing. Sometimes it feels like a wastage of energy and talent. For eg. we have a largest ICDS scheme with huge funds allocation and still 50 % children are malnourished in the country. proper working & living environment is the main driving force whicn can stop brain drain.

Sir, The only reason for brain drain according to me is lack of facilities and opportunities. For doctors and scientists we look forward for the equipment and laboratory development.children from their schooling should be motivated to serve their country and the great loss to the country Bcoz of this phenomenon should be explained.and sir finally competitive spirit of youngsters should not be hampered due to obstacles like reservations sorry to mention this..this is one of the leading reasons

Hi Sir,Thank you for giving this wonderful forum to put forth our ideas and thoughts! This is about the current corporate policies with all the MNC,We almost drag ourselves 10 hrs in the company and nearly 2 hours for travelling. Why cant India have a standard working hours like other countries and avail leisure&happy time to spend with family and have a Work balance.Working for 6 hour/day gives employment to others as well. And also time to be with family and not not compromise on our interests

i think govt. can start a new "start up" scheme/policy for new and emerging entrepreneurs among youth same as like obama did in america 3yrs ago. this scheme/policy must be designed in such a way that, it can give technical assistance and provide all the licences for new start ups with in 3to5 working days. this can stop brain drain
