Ministers at high posts still manage to save resources.....but here on grass root level ,all the public servants take up huge convoys to any place.They spend exceedingly on advertisements of Birthdays and Greetings during festivals...They build their public relation offices but don't use or maintain them,so that money is wasted...stop using books to maintain records..of course it will cost more...but can be used life long and storage space is reduced....!!! SIR! Just make sure, All Ministers to use Public Telephone, Electricity, Transport. If you want to DEVELOP INDIA. Just imagine, all ministers have Gen sets, How can they be sensitive to POWER CUTS. They travel in Mercedez, How can they take INDIAN ROADS seriously. Make them ACCOUNTABLE. How to make them accountable, should be your priority.

Work under mgnrega should be clear and should get completed with in time period. Like the cost for one Road construction or lets say lighting plantation etc. which still not transparent that is executed under Panchayet. At the same time road construction under PMGSY also not clear and not completed with in stipulated time or not fully constructed and money for the same has been incurred, which is serious issue for common villagers. It has to be solved and make it transparent.

I have an idea regarding the 'Electricity consumption' cost.generally most of the meter reader not check the meter properly.So,Why not we check surprisely by a challenge/survey in every house on the basis of 24hour reading.By 24 hr reading of the day,we notice that a user is using more than the annual consumption or not.If he/she uses more than there is a need of regular reading.By this way we not only reduce the public expenditure but identify the suspected elements of the society.

cash management will be better if we reduce or eliminate the brokers from govt projects as they are giant n spreaded all over the country,we are common people work for not only for ourself but for the welfare of our incredible country if we have put some amount to them(giant brokers)than wat & how we do anything for the welfare of our country?

Hon'ble Sir. We read History Geography in school why not includes Govt With Us curriculum in school level ? If a student collects data from help of teacher from their nearest authority about Govt Expenditure for a particular activity and another group collect the data what was done by that amount and another will do the social audit. 80% corruption will just vanished from ur system and social consciousness of the students will be maximised. This is the better way to control exp. and corruption
