1. Govt has to bear lot of expenses on foreign visit or visit from one city to other by govt officials specially bureaucrats/MPs/MLAs. This is mostly managed by senior officers/politicians to meet their personal requirements. Recently it came to notice where railway officers had planned visit to places in the name of swach Bharat. We are in an era of IT wgere I need not visit and use mode of video communication. Please stop foreign visits by politicians/bureaucrats and save money.

Ask Gov Employees to submit weight, Blood pressure and Blood sugar reading to their employer's office. Ask them to take up Yoga or any exercise regimen of their choice. Every 3 months, review their health indicators, make it part of their Performance Review. If health improves, healthcare costs on a national basis will come down as healthcare costs to Govt schemes will come down. A surprise check of these health indicators can be done in Govt Offices to find out if the readings are correct.

9. Contingent and incidental expenses be limited and reduced to minimal levels as these are frivolous though necessary. 10. Rather, Competent authorities be empowered to spend in relation to their duties/charters with DUE ACCOUNTABILITY for DECISIONS, INDECIVENESS and failure to Deliver. 11. For this, Targets & Goals may need to be set/ approved by the Ministers/ PM.

8. All govt depts to function as per stipulated policy & be held accountable for mis-applied deviations that result in loss to state or national interest with no gains to public or policy.

Extravagant expenditure of centre/state govt & defence officials (eg unnecessary moves/courses/hotels/tours/trips/food/drinks/parties/lunches/dinners, etc) be curtailed against proportionate increase in free access to govt run services eg education,medicare,transport,etc which will enhance quality of govt deliverables else officials must blame but themselves for poor perks/ services.

4. Regular performance audits/ surprise inspections by ministers b increasd. 5. Competent Auth to explain delays/losses/misimplementation & deviations frm statutory regs. CAG type audits b increasd. 6. 1. All depts shud b functioning 2 exacting objectives, duties & actions in national interest. 2. Officials b empowered to decide, procure, act & implement their charters within given PDCs with extensions only by appropriate competent authority. 3. Micro-mgmnt of procurements/contracts b replaced wid Competent Authorities EMPOWERED & held accountable 4 decisions or INDECISIVENESS- authority doesn't come widout accountability/ risk capacity. National interest &effective implementation b yardstick.

HudHud destroyed Visakhapatnam & most of would be rebuilt, as per newspapers. Places like this are mostly effected by natural calamity of sea and wind and this time it had been fatal. Surely, Mr Modi will be providing all help generously to rebuilt it and I suggest that new buildings and other infrastructure are made with changed designs to face such natural calamity in future, if any. I read that in Bhuj new buildings had been made earthquake proof, if true. Also PPP models be followed.

I want a advice for our government schools Please note these things i am saying if a rule has been ragulated that if a person has doing the government job then his child is mandatory going to a government school, after that government teachers has been do his work properly and poor people's child get the best classes from government schools
