Mr. Prime Minister, my opinion is about Article 370. As an Indian, i pay income tax to help country develop against that hard earned income why each "Kashmiri" citizen gets "EIGHT" times more money/assistance from Centre than any other State? We don't have any problem in aiding Kashim/Kashmiris; what we have problem is why it is treated separately? Why there is discrimination with Rest of states? Cant we treat them like "Indians" instead of "Kashimiris"?

Decision making in Govt. sector is becoming a rare quality as most of the decisions are b policy. being scrutinized in different perspective. different people may have different opinions on a decision or a policy. decisions may be good or bad . With time it may succeed or may not. It is easier to criticize decisions after seeing their impacts but if you try to question integrity and decision and initiate penal provisions ultimately no body shall take the initiative. please discuss it.

Sir, In Government services it is presumed that every body is discharging duties honestly. Our hierarchical system functions on this presumption. But with the growth of corruption honest employees have become a rare breed. The problem is such that their ACRs are often written by corrupt seniors. Cartel of corrupt officials simply destroy the mental balance of an official. Independant mechanism should be developed to protect such officials. Intelligence inputs may be there to neutralize it.

sir, one of the observable reasons for loss making Indian railways is penalty money filling pockets of TTE.TTE profession has only one rank.It would be more competitive to create different ranks for TTE and promote them based on grading system.Grading should be awarded according to the KMs penalized by a TTE, So there should be a database which contains the record of total KMs being penalised by each TTE in a financial year.The increased penalties will bring money to Indian railways directly.

Begging for some may be a way for their survival.They are lazy lethargic people and cowards and parasites.But what about the notorious groups who make it their business? Instances are many where reports of poor children being abducted and then made handicapped by cruel ways and being sent to various parts of the city for begging. Is it not a fact that orphaned babies are given on rent to these professional beggars from the orphanage itself. Is it not known to the local administration?Impossible.

Ragging-each one of us feel ..nothing of that sort will happen. we need to take stock of NGOs,which are functioning in Metros.They should be assigned specific area for which they should be made responsible.Their specific job-@ Repatriate them to their native town/village .. This should form basic parameter for receiving any aid from any source whether govt or foreign.

Sir most of the people do not understand that majority of beggars are the part of an organised business similar to prostitution and the root cause of this is ignorance of the gov towards a serious problem of human trafficking.If gov take steps towards blocking of known channels of human trafficking there can be a fall up to 70% in the number of beggars specially children.Once the participation of criminals engaged in this trafficking is reduced then the situation will get self controlled.
