People from remote villages come to metro cities in search of lively hood and fall pray to the mafia or gang. In villages where there is no light no infrastructures and no career opportunities, people are compell to leave their places for better life. Villages also need to be uplifted in all respects to minimize the migration.

Dear Mr Modi, Best is to adopt a child and help him be on his own feet. But is it affordable for a common man to do that? It's practically not possible. When people from villages come to cities in search of work, they are not allowed to work as the law says they are underage. As a mother if I tell my child to tidy up the house is he a underage worker????? If these kids come and they have nobody to take care isn't it better that they stay in a good family and learn some human values.
