भिखारियों और बेसहारा लोगों को कौशल विकास के लिए प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना आवश्यक है जिससे वह अपनी ज़रूरतें पूरी कर सकें। इनमें से अधिकांश लोग अकुशल हैं और उनके पुनर्वास के लिए अन्य व्यवसायों में उन्हें प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना एक चुनौतीपूर्ण कार्य है।

भिखारियों तथा बेसहारा लोगों में कौशल विकास कैसे किया जाए और उन्हें लाभकारी रोज़गार कैसे प्रदान किया जाए जिससे वे पुन: भिक्षावृत्‍ति की ओर उन्‍मुख न हो सकें?

प्रतिभागी इससे संबंधित सफलता की कहानियां साझा कर सकते हैं।

इन्हें ट्रेन्चिंग ग्राउंड पर कचरा अलग करने का कार्य दिया जा सकता है ,जैसे प्लास्टिक रबर को अलग,जैविक कचरे को अलग ,एवं धातुओं को अलग करा जा सके और उन्हें इन्हें अलग से बेचने हेतु अनुमति दी जाये ५ सफाई विभाग को नगर पालिका से अलग कर विस्तृत किया जाये जिसमे प्रशिक्षित सफाई कर्मी के निचे यह लोग कार्य कर सके एवं जनता में जागरूकता के सन्देश हेतु हर सप्ताह कार्य क्रम करें उक्त पांच बिन्दुओ से भिखारियों का पुनर्वास भी संभव हो सकेगा एवं स्वच्छता मिशन को प्रभावी भी किया जा सकेगा

स्वच्छता मिशन से भिखारियों को जोडें स्वछता मिशन के लिए पांच अहम् बिन्दुओ का पालन करना होगा जिनमें इनको रोजगार दिया जा सकता है जिससे इन लोगों का पुनर्वास होगा - १ सफाई के लिए अत्यधिक हाथ ,भिखारियों को स्वच्छता की निगरानी एवं स्वच्छता के लिए नियुक्त किया जाये २ हर सड़क पर प्रत्येक २० मीटर पर डस्ट बिन ,भिखारी इनका सञ्चालन करें ३ बड़े सुलभ काम्प्लेक्स के स्थान पर हर १ किलोमीटर पर २ मूत्रालय एवं एक शोचालय भवन जो भिखारियों के द्वारा संचालित किया जाये ४ हर स्थान पर जेविक एवं प्लास्टिक ,धातु के पृथक

Today there was news that govt increased duty on petrol by Rs 1.5 liter.This is cheating with people.govt decreased petrol price by Rs 1 or Rs 1.5 due to international price went down but decrease in international price is equivalent to more than Rs 3-4 per liter.Govt cleverly reduce only 1.5 and kept itself the reduction share by way of increasing duty instead of passing the full reduction to people.We the public want govt to explain this.i want to invite other commentators views on this here.

Traffic jam problem of all big towns can be solved by> 1. Restrict the new vehicles coming on road. 2. Shift in office timmings by making different slabs i.e. govt offices one slot, it offices another slot so and so forth. 3. rule to check the single travellers in a four vehiller. 3. reduce number of red lights. 4. encourage people to use more public transport- first improve the public transport system.

In the open forum you invite views only on the topic you want.There may be many issues which are more important from common man point of view which require more urgent attention of government and those issue may not be relating to those groups you have listed.therefore there must be really open forum where people can come and bring more urgent issue through this.

My suggestion is to the railway ministry. The first and effective government can be seen by removing the long waiting list of the passengers in all the trains. This can be done by - 1. increasing number of trains 2. by adding more compartments 3. station authorities to add more coaches as per the waiting list. Idea is to remove the waiting list. Also please do some thing for armed forces jawans who have to go to different places all of a sudden.
