राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग अधिनियम, 1990 के तहत जनवरी 1992 में स्थापित राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग एक वैधानिक निकाय है, जिसके पास महिलाओं के संवैधानिक और वैधानिक अधिकारों की रक्षा करने का अधिकार है। महिला आयोग महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण और समग्र विकास में सहायता प्रदान करने वाले कार्यक्रम की पहल करता है ताकि महलाओं की अवसरों तक पहुंच सुनिश्चित कर निर्णय लेने में सक्षम बनाया जा सके।

महिलाओं के खिलाफ हिंसा के उन्मूलन के लिए अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दिवस 2000 में संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा द्वारा शुरू किया गया था। यह दिन प्रतिवर्ष 25 नवंबर को मनाया जाता है। महिलाओं के खिलाफ हिंसा के उन्मूलन के लिए अंतर्राष्ट्रीय दिवस महिलाओं के खिलाफ हिंसा के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने का प्रयास है। इस दिन का उद्देश्य महिलाओं के साथ दुर्व्यवहार करने वालों के खिलाफ आवाज़ उठाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करके हिंसा की रोकथाम करना है। यह दिन महिलाओं के खिलाफ किसी भी ऐसी हिंसा को लिंग-आधारित हिंसा के रूप में परिभाषित करता है जिसके परिणामस्वरूप महिलाओं को शारीरिक, यौन या मनोवैज्ञानिक परेशानी होती है या होने की संभावना होती है। इस दिन का लक्ष्य समानता, विकास और शांति सुनिश्चित करना है। इसका उद्देश्य महिलाओं और लड़कियों के मानवाधिकारों की रक्षा करना है।

महिला आयोग ने अपने मैंडेट के मुताबिक और 'महिलाओं के खिलाफ हिंसा के उन्मूलन' के लक्ष्य के मद्देनजर महिला आयोग माईगव पोर्टल के माध्यम से लैंगिक हिंसा के खिलाफ चुप्पी तोड़ने पर सभी हितधारकों से इनपुट, सुझाव और प्रतिक्रिया आमंत्रित करता है, जिसका उद्देश्य लोगों के बीच समानता, विकास और शांति को बढ़ावा देना है।

Its very natural that is matriarchial society, the male gender faces injustice and in patriarchal society, the female gender. I suggest establishment of humanarchy. Where in every child has equal right on the property and equal responsibility towards their parents. For eg- If parents have 2 children, they move to boys house. Instead, boys parent can stay at boys place for 6 months and at girls place for 6 month, which also means that when they are at daughters house, daughter in laws parents will stay with the couple. And trust me, this policy will work 100% because this will solve these many problems - 1. some parents have only girl(s), 2. the boy is abroad, 3. daughter in law mother in law problems, so parents opt to stay alone in old age, 4. Domestic abuse towards girls, 5. Making girls more responsible (why should boys take all responsibility). Human adapted to covid environment so fast, human can also adopt this fast as well because after all its not girl, its their child they lov

There are multiple institutions to protect women 1. Ministry 2. Courts 3. Police 4. Numerous women empowerment schemes running into crores. As per NCRB data, 70-98% false cases are filed, destroying lives of innocent law abiding men and their families. When a real crime happens, this system is conspicuously absent. Solution is removing corruption in the systems. Having internal Investigation. That's where real solution lies

Preventing and taking corrective and preventive measures to violence against women is a human rights, gender equality and public health priority. Create study and evidence According to international studies1 in 3 women across their lifetime are subjected to physical or sexual violence by an intimate partner or sexual violence from a non-partner. Two years of pandemic measures such as lockdowns and disruptions to vital support services have further increased women’s exposure to violence. Most women who are subjected to violence do not explicitly disclose their experiences. The health system is a critical entry point to identify survivors, provide first-line support. Monitoring governments’ policy and budgetary commitments is an important way to foster accountability towards millions of women and girls subjected to violence.

I THINK AWARENESS CLASSESS WILL HELP PEOPLE TO STOP THE DISCRIMINATION BASED ON GENDER. IT SHOULD BE FOR BOTH WOMEN AND MEN .IT SHOULD MAKE THE WOMEN TO UNDERSTAND THEIR STRENGTHS AND HELPS TO BELIEVE IN THEIR TALENTS AND IN THEMSELVES. I THINK THE GREATEST PROBLEM THAT OBSTRUCT THE STEPS FOR GENDER EQUALITY IS THE LESS CONFIDENCE OF WOMENS .IF THEY BELIEVE IN THEMSELVES GENDER EQUALITY IN OUR SOCIETY BECOMES POSSIBLE.

Mahila Police Thanas should be empowered. By appointement of central observers to Mahila police thanas for a period of 2 years to look into their ways of functioning,problems they face how it can be made more efficient. Based on this the GoI should send out the advisories to state governments to implement them. Budget to Mahila Police thanas can be increased further. Specialized wings can be formed in Mahila Thanas

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी मैं तो इतना ही कहना चाहती हूं कि लड़कियों को शुरू से ही(स्कूली) शिक्षा से ही आत्मसुरक्षा की शिक्षा जरूरी कर दी जाये तो काफी हद तक महिलाएं अपनी सुरक्षा स्वयं कर सकती हैं। धन्यवाद 🙏🙏

सबसे पहले फिल्मों और सीरियल में दिखाई जाने वाले अश्लील दृश्यों पर पूरी तरह रोक लगा दी जाय क्योंकि इसे बच्चे भी देखते हैं और इन दृश्यों का उनपर ग़लत प्रभाव पड़ता है
