Firstly I would like to quote this quote " Charity begins at home, but not to end it there." You see children when are small are highly influenced by their parents. So if there's something wrong with the 'boys' there's something wrong with the parents. It is clear that the child had seen his father or any other male member torturing his mother or any other female member, when the child sees such a thing he gets influenced, so background of the child's important. Our education system should be focus on moral educations. when our children grow up this type education system. they respect all human beings.

I have seen 1 of my friend case d accused was absconded for 23 days and he was given an anticipatory bail and was realased in a major case of 376.. she filled cancellations of bail at high court but 7 mnths hv passed only with dates n no result.9 mnths hv passed after filing case bt no justic..

I THINK THAT VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN IS A social problem more than legal problem.But government can prevent it. My recommendation: 1. bigamy and ADULTERY is THE most important factor for VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN.it punishable offence U/S 494/497 OF I.P.C.But it is NON-COGNIZABLE and BAILABLE OFFENCE.law commission of india recommended in his 227th report that BIGAMY ( SECTION 494 OF IPC) MUST BE COGNIZABLE AND NON-BAILABLE OFFENCE.SO SECTION 493/494/497 OF IPC MUST BE COGNIZABLE AND NON-BAILABLE

A Women should be respected by everybody and One has to contribute & support for Women welfare.

My suggestion for women helping is : govt. Must setup a cell where all complain of women for any case should made and no direct contact for police and court , it should be via special women cell only. it is completely operated by women only , and no excuse no delay policy with the result and punishment within 07 days . Special court of women must watch the whole case.

. And what i read from news papers , i decision came out from high court where they stated that until or unless a picture of a lady or feminine does not provoke a man it will not came under the nudity and publisher can publish such images , just thinking on it how can a woman believe on the decision made by courts they have any dignity for women under which they can take decision which more social than judicial.
