देश की कुल माल भाड़ा ईको प्रणाली में क्षमता की कमी की अपर्याप्तता को दूर करने और इसके सामान्य हिस्से में सुधार लाने के प्रयास में भारतीय रेलवे ने राष्ट्रीय रेल योजना हेतु ड्राफ्ट बनाया है।

राष्ट्रीय रेल योजना नामक दीर्घकालिक रणनीतिक योजना का एक प्रारूप रेलवे की ढांचागत हिस्सेदारी बढ़ाने के लिए रणनीतियों के साथ-साथ अवसंरचना क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए विकसित किया गया है। राष्ट्रीय रेल योजना रेलवे के भविष्य के सभी बुनियादी ढाँचे, व्यवसाय और वित्तीय नियोजन का एक सामान्य मंच होगा। इस योजना को अब विभिन्न मंत्रालयों के बीच उनके विचारों के लिए परिचालित किया जा रहा है। रेलवे का लक्ष्य जनवरी 2021 तक इसकी अंतिम योजना को फाइनल रूप देना है।

लेट्रीन कम दूरी की रेलगाड़ियों में से लेट्रीन हटा दी जाऐं, रोगी यात्री रोगी यात्रियों के लिए रेलगाड़ियों में अलग डिब्बे लगाये जाएं, अण्डर ब्रिज भारतीय रेलवे को अण्डरपास निर्माण योजना को बंद कर देना चाहिए।

Indian Railway should add a separate chapter for Human Sense organs. In this chapter all points should be covered like other chapter. IR are being worked on human eyes,ears,nose,tongue and skin work. Eye's work: Painting, Drawing,Colouring and beautifulness of station, Tongue's work: Availability of foods, Janta Food, Food Plaza at Station etc. Ear's Work: Announcement work, Music at waiting room etc. Nose work: Gardening work, Skin's Work: Shadow works etc.We should think about this.

myself P k jena is very much concerned with the things practiced in railways for Running staff resting procedure and booking for train order. Gaurd and loco pilot are rested sixteen hours at their parent HQ and eight hours at out ststion lobbies. But many times in goods train operation crew and gaurd have to put up more than prescribed hours in train which drained them out both physically and mentally which could not be recovered in 16 & 8 hrs is to be addressed in CMS for safety reason in human

This is my suggestion on National Rail Plan(Draft Final Report). One chapter should be added for Armed forces. In this chapter all points should be covered like other chapter. These are the points we should add in this chapter:- High speed Rail Network for armed force, High speed Rail Corridors for Armed Forces. Utilization of Spectrum allotment of Armed Force along IR's Network. etc. We should think about this.

This is my input and comments on National Rail Plan(NRP Draft Final Report) Chapter 21 Point 21.9.1 and 21.9.2 You should add Mahatma Gandhi Rural Employment Act (MGNREGA), Corporate social responsibility in this chapter also. We can do so many works at Rail Station and railway track in MNREGA and The industry can be encouraged under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for these works like trck facing work, plantation, gardening etc.

This is my input and comments on National Rail Plan(NRP Draft Final Report) Chapter 21 Point 21.9.1 and 21.9.2 which is regarding Leveraging State JVs and MFIs and Reinvigorating JVs/ SPVs with State Governments and other entities. You should add Mahatma Gandhi Rural Employment Act (MGNREGA), Corporate social responsibility in this chapter also. One chapter should be added for Armed forces. In this chapter all points should be covered like other chapter.

समस्तीपुर से खगरिया भाया रोसरा के लिए पैसेंजर ट्रेन परिचालन शुरू करवाया जाए इससे गरीब तबके के लोगों को यातायात सुविधा के नाम पर बहुत बड़ी राहत मिलेगी छोटे-मोटे व्यापारियों को भी जीने का आधार पैसेंजर ट्रेन ही इस रूट के लिए बनता है अतः मैं सोशल मीडिया के मार्फत अपने माननीय रेल मंत्री महोदय से नम्र निवेदन करता हूं कि अविलंब इस रूट में पैसेंजर ट्रेन चलाने की कृपा की जाए
