दसवीं बोर्ड परीक्षा में 80% छात्र विज्ञान और गणित (अंग्रेजी) में कमजोर अध्यापन की वजह से फेल होते हैं। उच्चतर माध्यामिक स्तर पर विज्ञान विषय में कम दाखिला और गुणवत्ता रहित शिक्षा, देश में वैज्ञानिक कार्मिकों के विकास में बाधा है। विज्ञान और गणित शिक्षा में विशेष ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है। हमसे यह अपेक्षित है कि हम विचार-विमर्श करके बेहतर परिणामों के लिए शिक्षण- अधिगम प्रक्रियाओं की गुणवत्ता को बेहतर बनाने के वास्ते पाठ्यचर्या, अध्यापन और अधिगम स्तर में सुधारके लिए प्रौद्योगिकी के उपयोग के मामलों में अभिनवता तथा विविध दृष्टि‍कोणों के लिए व्यावहारिक कार्यनीतियां तलाशनी होंगी।

Vedic Mathematics should be taught in schools so that our Children can master mathematics and their calculations become fast. Science should be taught through practicals so that learning last longer. And books should be divided into month-wise syllabi not on the basis of subjects upto 10th so that bags of the students remain light at the same time their mind become vast. Their should be a Medidation period in schools so that children have strong ethical base so as to become good citizen.

At present mostly there are no +2 education in Villages. Only up to 10th standard available in Zilla Parashad Schools. +2 (intermediate) course available in Junior Colleges in cities captured by corporate managements.This leads to end up of rural students specially by girls by 10th standard.This should change. Up to 12th standard (CBSE) shall be ensured in the same school campus.After secondary school education it can be left over to continue higher education or not like in foreign countries.

Education can be divided in 3 category 1st Basic-upto 8th level 2nd Standard-upto 10th level 3rd professional- from 11th onward. IN Basic--Students learn same in all over India. In Standard--education level will be divided in two category a)will have minimum academic and maximum extra-curricular activities like sports , cooking, farming , NCC B)will continue with regular academic to achieve goal of professional education. I think student should be able to choose the subjects they want rather than choosing science or commerce.Eg they should be able to choose economics with physics or accounts with any other science subjects. This will allow them to broaden their horizons according to their interests.

First of all- The syllabus must be revised and improved. The old syllabus has not been revised in the past many years. Cordial relationship in the chapters of classes 7,8,9 and 10 must be re-established and syllabus of class 6 must be at par for the students CD's must be provided to the students with the book.The exemplar problem books must be made compulsory in the schools to ensure that the quality of education imparted is able to match standards with other boards.

Advantages of video lectures: 1) The best teachers for all(ensures uniform learning) 2) Recordings in many languages 3) Students can learn difficult concepts by animation 4) Subjects like history and civics can be made interesting by cartoons 5) Saves Government expenditure on teachers 6) Existing teachers can also improve themselves and learn new things 7) PM Modi's Digital India and Make in India(both are met) 8) Can be provided online as well as offline to villages and distant towns.

2/2 As far as doubt clarification is concerned as honorable PM Modi said that senior students can help in clarifying juniors' doubts.Weekly trips by Teachers can be made to schools in far out villages(who have already watched the lectures) to clarify doubts and give extra points for students from class 11 and 12. The advantages of the doubt clarification will be that we will be nurturing future teachers as well at no extra cost!! Please somebody read this. I have many more suggestions to make.

VEDIC MATH should be made part of the math syllabus from classes 5 to 11. HRD Ministry should find the best teachers from India in all subjects and record lectures covering each and every point,the lectures should be shot in good quality and animations of the highest quality. These lectures should be sold at most minimal cost(zero profit) or free(select places) This will solve the shortage of teachers ISSUE atleast for 10 to 20 years by when a new generation will be at our disposal(1/2)
