Sir, One major issue affecting the country and the people at large is the ever shrinking infrastructural facilities like the roads, including the Express Ways, which are becoming death traps for unsuspecting drivers. Laxity is maximum experienced in the enforcing of the Rules and Regulations. When India is aspiring to become a developed world, it is imperative that we that we can hardly afford to be seen as soft on the violators, whether it is whimsical parking on the residential areas, practically reducing the motorable width of the road or callous driving on Highways. There is an urgent need to even consider providing an independent and enforcing mechanism, with adequate staff and justice system, as was thought for Consumer Protection. Regards,

Recently we have noticed changes in rain pattern leading to heavy to heavy rains in a short spell causing floods,damage to life and property all over India which has forced us to think differently because we do not have as yet any technique & capacity to store this huge water.In my patented technique both i.e massive ground water recharge with flood control.Kindly find it in attachment.

Recent foulplay with Bungalows & Agricultural Land 💯% inhabitated by Civilian Population in Sagar Cantt claimed for Military Area has created unrest throughout other Cantonments of India. To those paying citizens each year a breakup can be sent as to how his/her tax has been spent. For eg. if 100Cr is collected tax and 90Cr is expended (40Cr. Under Roads, 40 Cr. under Water & Sanitation, Misc. 10 Cr. Say). Then a person paying INR 10000/- as tax breakup can be provided as INR 4,444/- under Roads, INR 4,444/- under water & Sanitation, INR 1,112/- under Misc. head. NEP2020 is very good move. Content of subject should be updated or latest, Govt can provide computer course and foreign language course free to all as skill development programme. One who know computer and local language of foreign country can work in that country. Teach computer language, data science etc and japanese, germany, french , english, russia etc .Govt can replace English with pross, poetry, grammer with English speaking course . Indian IT people will work in all foreign country and if they send money to India. India will be developed country .
