The Government of India issued guidelines for the promotion of payments through cards and digital means on 29th February, 2016. The guidelines can be seen (here). A Committee was also constituted under the Chairmanship of Shri Ratan P Watal, Principal Advisor, NITI Ayog and Former Finance Secretary with key industry stakeholders, RBI and concerned Government Departments to review medium term measures necessary to promote the digital payment system in the Country. The Committee’s report can be seen here.

The Department of Economic Affairs, Government of India invites public Comments / suggestions on the report. We invite you to read the report and provide your valuable feedback and suggestions by 11th January 2017. The final decision on the Report will be taken after considering the comments/suggestions received on the Report.

Sir, Kindly arrange more digital payment ways for lost of black money. And also that ways give all transactions history for reference. And also provide more technology equipment and machines for peoples time saving and job time increasing. And also this method can advisable for uneducated peoples to learn.

DIGITAL PAYMENT AND RURAL INDIA we talking about digital India but rural India and many small towns the atmosphere of digital payment and awareness is very less . I want to suggest following methods 1.In Rural India the literacy in both education and digital technology is very less and through the Aaganbadi's and schools and panchayat we can teach enough to a less educated to use digital modes of payment only teaching is not enough we must provide Digital payment atmosphere ; confidence

Encouraged by call by Hon'ble Prime Minister, I am trying to make payments digitally . In this process, I booked Gas cylinder today using my debit card. I got a message from Indane stating that I have made online payment of Rs 619 and have saved Rs 5. Simultaneously I received a SMS from my bank stating that Rs 638 has been debited from my account for this transaction. As such I have incurred a net loss of Rs 14 instead of saving of Rs 5 by using digital mode of payment.Why should we use DigiP ?

Sir ,saari bank k account sabhi person k mobile number se link kijiye example-isme rupaye ki limit simit ho 10000 1 person ko kisi 2 person ko 1500 ruppes dene ho to =1 person apne mobile m 2 person ka mobile number dalega example (*mblnumber*amounnt*atmlastdigit*accountlastdigit*) (*9720055022*1500*9664*1234*) send rupaye transfer ho jaye simple mobile per bhi use kar sakenge ek free msg k jariye, number kaha per konsa dalega ye aap decide kariyega pramod kr verma 9720055022

Kindly Educate all People about Cashless Transaction and Explain the advantage of cashless Transaction. More peoples are not even don't know how to use Smartphone but they have smartphone for the calling purpose only. My suggestion is Ban all the Money make them all to go Cashless. #Banmoney #Cashlessindia #Transprencyaccounting

Happy New Year to all the Team, Sir, I appreciate the step of demonetization. Cashless transaction is an another very best of ideas to promote India as a corrupt free and economically strong, but sir charges on cashless transaction is a big issue for medium and lover class family. so please it is my humble request to minimize or no charges on lower amount transaction. thank you

A new law to be made stating transaction above 5000 has to be made in digital only any where across the country. Aadhar card enabled BHIM APP has to be promoted widely.Digital transaction has to be given cyber safety and guarantee from the govt.Also digital payment rewarded every month with prizes/mega prizes 1lakh rupees.Digital education and awareness at all villages/schools/colleges.
