Some suggestions 1- Government should first apply cashless system in government organisations Like - POS To public transport conductor or tt, POS to Gas cylinder delivery boy, POS in Government hospital's etc. 2- POS Supply have to increase 3- Government e wallet is must Why are you working only on payment interface, 4- ussd is waste of time Should be simple, 5- Cash is still easy and cheaper then digital money Simple Digital money should be cheaper and cashback offers

Hi I appreciate the BHIM app. But please make it for the Windows Phone User also. And there is another suggestion. We can make payment through it but what if we made any wrong payment and wish to back the payment instantly or within a certain time period. You can think for the functionalities.

#NITIAayog #DigitalPayments I like to share some insights USSD a) There must be BACK option with-in that instance of session so that user can go back, conduct more operations & save cost. b) While entering UPI Pin, it should not be visible (star or view/hide option) UPI a) After BHIM big relief from all other APPs b) Lot of professional use Credit Cards to shop, make payments for utilities/grocery etc.. & clear dues at end of month. So CreditCard option in BHIM will add feather 2 SAME

Biggest challenge in spreading awareness about digital payments is lack of trust. People do not trust in others to learn or ask for help for setting up payment app like BHIM. Thus, I request to the Government to set up a free toll free number to help people who are facing problem in setting up BHIM.

It should be the same as if a person pay a 2000 rupee note to other person in cash. All aadhar no., bank account and mobile no. should be linked for digital payments at real time 24x7 through phone with otp for every transaction. and all the ussd charges and bank transaction charges to be waived. All the transactions should be accountable and there should be a system where we can complain if there is any transaction failure.
