Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Honourable Prime minister sir, I wanted and in fact wrote about giving my ideas to the Naval Design bureau in New Delhi regarding the Safety and further improvement of our present and future Air Craft Carriers and that too I said that I will come and go and stay in New Delhi at my own expense but unfortunately I didn't receive any reply . I am still willing to do that if they call me. let me introduce myself before you get an impression that I am a nut case. I am not. I am a Zoroastrian from Mumbai and 82 years old. My idea is to convert a Turbo Fan Jet engine plane ( a smaller version ) to fly i our atmosphere and also in outer space . This will eliminate the costly vertical take off of our present system.. I am still willing to come to New Delhi at my expense to explain to the people in that field like ISRO. Can you help me in that regard ? I'll be coming back to India in October/ November . You can reply on my email now. Thanks

Respected Prime Minister, YOUR LEADERS, OUR PARTY Few months ago, I joined BJP. It does not need mention that your inspirational leadership was the only reason for me to join BJP, as would be for millions of Karyakartas. Karnataka Election was my first introduction to ground politics in a very humble way. We lost badly. My frank feedback is Arrogance of Party Leaders/Spokespersons. They only take your name and performance to get votes and have No Report Card of their own. We need Leaders Who Produce Their Report Card. Is Honourable Prime Minister Failing India in Preparing Next Generation of Leaders ? Sadar pranam Major General Prakash Chandra Veteran - [ ]

Action plan for asking corporate companies to invest in ancient sciences of India. 1) Corporate companies can sponser gurukuls or setup gurukuls to teach traditional sciences 2) corporate companies can offer scholarships to students who are learning ancient knowledge of India. The names of the schemes can be Takshshila yojana or Naland Yojana or aryabhatt education plan. 3) Indian government can setup chain of gurukuls for boys and girls equipped with modern facilities. 4)With the help of sponsorship of corporate companies, Indian government can make traditional education free for all indian students who will promise to serve the India after the completion of education. Free education means there is no transaction between teacher and student. It will boost spirit of youth to invent new technologies and seek growth of India

It requires a complete overhaul of the education system. Generative AI integration along with 'teaching mentors' not teachers or professors could be the answer to the ailing education system. 'Learner centricity'has to mantra for all policy intervention. Such a fast paced development requires out of box thinking. We have to dismantle all artefacts of the rotten learning system. We need Nalanda in every district connected with India and the world.
