Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Respected sir. India with a great demographic dividend need to utilize the power of youth at its highest potential. Many youths living in village need a source of earning and govt. can help in that by associating the industrialist and the CEO's of MSME's to equip the youth give them training in relevant field and provide the job in private sectors. with the handsome amount of youth we can make rotational shifts to large no. of employees so that large population will also get employed and the employer will also get the desired output

Respected Prime Minister I am a student of Ramisht Colleage I taught that in every school the lessons and teachings of Bagvat Geeta were taught to students so the students tackle any problem and learn moral values because in foreign universities there is special classes for ucharan of Bagvat Geeta shalokas scientist also read Bagvat Geeta but in India students can't know the power of Shalokas they take lightly it if Bagvat Geeta is taught in every school students have mentally strong also and Bagvat Geeta also improved their memory this creates amazing level of positivity in students and develops creative thinking Students are consider as the future of nation . So I hope you accept my request so the students know the importance of bagvat geeta and also Respect them .If in Foreigns Bagvat Geeta is a Amritwani why in India can't know the importance of the Bagvat Geeta. I request plz accept my suggestion and take step forward towards Nation development.

Adopt a welfare economy focused on adequate (more than minimum) care and well being of all citizens, not just jobs, which means free basic education on par with private, good free health care and well being advice including reviving India’s ancient wisdom on eating right/ cleansing and fasting to avoid diseases, community kitchens providing wholistic food, giving a living wage for all jobs for a dignified life, further extend free housing and focus on reduction of inequalities. This will make people move away from rampant consumerism, chasing unbridled growth and all its attend ills. Sustainable development is right for the earth and the people. The current think tanks on ‘Well being Economy’ should be given a fair hearing. People should be encouraged to adopt sustainable living practices. In the 21st century it is high time we see and believe that there is enough for everybody. Like in our erstwhile prosperous well- run, noble kingdoms all citizens should be cared for by the state

New Era of AI and Indian IT and Workforce must learn AI as soon as possible to be relevent in the Work field. AI like Chat GPT provides huge scope and The Sector We lack is Automation of Govt Deptt. without manhandling or fraud like Comlaint Handling and Reporting to the Concerned Authority with minimum intervention, Annalysis, Solution Suggustion and Implimentation lay out Workflow and Patterns. Law and order which have predefined rules can be take maximum benifit of AI and Chat GPT. All Court Related matters can be processed through AI for Better implemantationa and Execution. Time bound Vigilance and Cost related work Area is also a Big Area. HR Develepment have Huge potential like Training , Learning and practice Virtually. Currency Handling in Bank, Policy making And Accturies work. AI have use in all type of Formats and Forms for All section of Planning, Management and MIS. Analytics is a core of AI . Dear Honorable PM , if want to suggest on point we can help to support NPA on loan. we should not give loan to any person more then 40% of income. currently this limit is 60-65% which is not good.in remaining 35% people not able to survive and they not able to pay EMI on time. and bank will auction attached property to recover NPA which not good for a family and Bank also.
