Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

We always thought about getting good marks, getting a government job.. But.. the unknown struggles are many.. As we know. India is a demographic dividend country... we need different approach for the workforce for future.. As all we know.. though the agriculture holds more numbers of labourers than any sector due to disguised unemployment.. if a farmer son wants to become a farmer, there will be an objections from his own family... a doctor son become a doctor but not farmer.. As youth we are mostly in social apps, where we interact with other unknown people... In my opinion we want a certain skill imbeded learning.. not academic priority learning. Though we are developing country, tge people are still poor, uneducated and living in slum areas.. There should be an encourage for the young minds who involves themselves in research, innovation, technology development etc.. A manufacturing hub should be created in a ecofriendly manner, it should be sustainable.

National Apprentice programme created many people skill full with paying jobs. Apprentice programme can be even more effective when it includes separate campas , abroad trainning programs, and higher degree pursuing training. which may even literature the illiterate old one and young minds and takes future india developed in all fields . Goverment can introduce law like, after 2years of job every citizen should work either in field or army like some other country does .We indian people adopt many good things like parliament, Survey from our neighbours why don't we adopt law like this for fantabulous greenish safely guarding future india. But everyone has right to choose jobs but one of obligation towards country.

A lot needs to change at the school level . Preparing the students to be skilled in their field is interest instead of teaching subjects that will not be of any practical use . Introducing financial education at the school level is also very important so that the workforce is skilled in their subject of interest and managing their money wisely

Preparing India's workforce for the future of work is a crucial endeavor to ensure the country remains competitive in the rapidly evolving global economy. Here are some ideas to consider: 1. Emphasize STEM Education: Strengthen science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education at all levels, from primary to tertiary education. This will equip individuals with the skills needed to excel in emerging fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, data analytics, and cybersecurity. 2. Foster Digital Literacy: Promote digital literacy and computer skills training to ensure that individuals are equipped to navigate the digital landscape. Encourage the use of online resources and provide access to technology in schools and community centres to bridge the digital divide. 3. Encourage Lifelong Learning: Promote a culture of lifelong learning by establishing initiatives that encourage upskilling and reskilling. Provide flexible learning opportunities, such as online.

Previously, filming by helicopter required a cameraman, an assistant, and a pilot. The invention of the drone has made all three people redundant. Technologies are challenging human capabilities. So we have to learn the new technologies with interest depending on the work. Every worker should have the mindset that we should not be the person to be dismissed for lack of skills. Workers can continue their life journey without stopping under any circumstances if they continuously develop their skills. At least every worker should know one service job, one production job, one entrepreneurial skill related/unrelated to their job. It will save us in difficult times.Workers should come together on national holidays to discuss the happenings and technological developments in their company or their sector. Conferences should be held. Organization, govt and worker participation is essential to improve the capacity of workers to adapt to technologies.A "3 skill, 3 party" program should be make

Dear sir, I wanted to share something about carbon emissions. I think you have better idea about its impact to earth. We have change our energy dependency to renewable energy instead of non renewable energy. Most of our energy consumption is in electricity and transportation. In electricity we can down our consumption by energy efficient equipment. Like LED bulb is consume less energy than CFL bulb so we change over to it. Like that government has to ban such equipment which consume high energy. For example all fans must have to BLDC fan. All other high energy consumption appliances like AC, washing machine and gyzer must be 5star rating. So our electricity is down by half. Our people does not have awareness about to save energy and save environment. They first thought which appliances are cheaper. Thay first think about financial burden. So if in market two things available one is cheaper and other is costly they go for cheaper. So govt. Take some action to save nation energy.

Dear Pm, u r almost going to complete 10yrs & many difficulties our country was facing since it's independence u have made fantastic corrections.for that u r to be appreciated & remembered. But the things on which u asked for simple majority for formation of govt to voters of India & to which almost all contributed their democratic power to u have not made much progress on that front. The expectation of ur voters r not met with but ur sychophants numbers have gone astronomical ly high,, much advertisements, high decibel sound bites r polluting us & just making us irrational ones. Congress is exploiting ur weakness & asking voters to be rational. Citizens understand where our govt wasting money & spoiling valuable times. Now it looks govt is out of idea & clueless how to fight back. The great Indian corruption has not caught a single big head so far & thousand T.V. debates r just jokes to voters. Now we r feeling winning makes adamant & defeat makes humble is a very worthfull advice.tk
