Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

India now stepping up with amazing Ideas Request to upgrade the postal services to ONLINE aa we can open NSC or other schemes available. Postal services require us to manually visit to POST OFFICE to open or renew or close any account. More secured services for betterment and help to senior citizen or todays daughters and tomorrow's atma nirbhar stri. ===== Another field is Provident Fund government knows the figures of unclaimed funds of deceased. Can it be transparent in public as to how much each year unclaimed funds collected and transferred to govt because it's only on papers or system with numbers. Till date if we calculate the unclaimed funds in PROVIDENT fund or in other schemes it should be know to public as to where are these funds used and in what development.. Workforce can be Strong with Transparancy.

जैसा की आप सभी को यह ज्ञात हैं की उर्जा संरक्षण नियम के तहत उड़ जाना तो उत्पन्न की जा सकती हैं नई ऊर्जा नष्ट की जा सकती हैं ऊर्जा एक रूप से दूसरे रूप में रूपांतरण की जा सकती है आज भारत में ऊर्जा की बहुत ही आवश्यकता है देश का विकास ऊर्जा पर ही निर्भर करता है तो आज सौर ऊर्जा के रूप में हमें बहुत ही बढ़-चढ़कर पहल करनी चाहिए सौर ऊर्जा को आम भारतीय नागरिक तक पहुंचाना चाहिए इससे प्रत्येक घर में ऊर्जा की आपूर्ति होती है वह पेट्रोल वह इंजन की खपत कम होने से वायु प्रदूषण नहीं होगा आज सरकार को सौर ऊर्जा के लिए जो महत्वपूर्ण योजनाएं चलाई जा रही हैं

Government launched the Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyaan (GKRA) of 125 days on 20th June, 2020 to boost employment and livelihood opportunities for returnee migrant workers and similarly affected persons including youth in rural areas, in 116 selected districts across 6 States of Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. The Abhiyaan has achieved an employment generation of 50.78 crore person days with a total expenditure of Rs. 39,293 crore.

Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY) is being implemented by the Government for facilitating self-employment. Under PMMY, collateral free loans upto Rs. 10 lakh, are extended to micro/small business enterprises and to individuals to enable them to setup or expand their business activities. Upto 04.03.2022, 33.91 crore loans were sanctioned under the scheme.
