Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Greetings of the day !! Dear Prime Minister of India, I want to suggest you that you should include vedas in all schools of India as a subject because it will be really helpful . If we don't fight for religion and just try to understand how helpful they are that would be really great then. Many foreign scientists discovered theories just by reading vedas and understanding them and they even praised it. Please try to understand how important this is and don't take it lightly. Alien Research center . Since childhood I was always fascinated by our Rich culture ..our temples...our gods ...our mountains and our oceans.... This fantasy for gods footprints lead to to a deep questioning for understanding.. was God and alien...why all major Indian gods are represented as blue in colour...why some gods have animal heads....why temples are located on higher altitute...why rivers have names of gods....why himalayas have secret ladscapes ...why some gods have super vehicles or flying machines or chariots .. This colourful collage of thought created a new imaginarium in my head space.Being an Futuristic architect..I always wanted a space for investigating the unknown...But hardly found any in our country... But when I introspect ...I found we already have such rich fabric existing within our traditional foot prints... Imagine all our ancient Gods places ..Are they not the portals for meeting the unknown...So I re imagined Haridwar.As Bharmakamal portal#alienarun.

According to the definitions of work and education, respectively, "work is an activity involving mental or physical effort done to achieve a purpose or result" and "education is the transmission of knowledge, skills, and character qualities" are the terms that come to mind. There will be skill challenges brought about by emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (AI). To meet these problems, our educational system needs to be improved. The jobs of tomorrow require the abilities of today. Employers who genuinely seek to develop their staff members' talents generate trust, which benefits firms' reputations in a society where trust is a rare and valuable commodity.

few points:- 1) overhaul eduaion system, if someone doing MBA in finance wants extra subjects form agribusiness management should be able to do it via Swayam Portal and Acedemic Bank of Credit currently majority colleges and university have not started this matter. Make education flexible. 2) Without flexible education system skills cant develop, without skills entrepreunership cant flourish. Without entrepreunership jobs cant get generated. 3) Focus on making MSMEs big, most MSMEs are owner who act as managers which hampers them growing big. They need to be taught how to set up corporate hierchy and systems so that they can grow big. 4) New generation is not intrested in savings and playing financially conservative, if savings cant get translated into investments then in few years economy will go down in drain. Income tax changes have huge role here in spoiling people.

we have to identify Some Small company performance for growth of India and support to them for running there business with large scale with support of Government and Big Business men like Tata, Adani, Ambani, Others It Company, if Big Company support Small Developing Company then may be Small company who doing good in Business they may contribute good for India Bharat Growth for 10 trillion Economy Or may 25 Trillion economy as same with America economy 26 trillion. I am working for MRIPL only for 23 days and now they remove me without notice but what I found in MRIPL in Mumbai malad west situated, Company rules extremely good, Good management,good Coordinat staff, Good quality In Business Service, and Company director owners own Check quality of work and costing,and very power full personality with Good ethics and rules follower in Business, I think such type of company need every were because Company Maintain rules and Quality of work with Cost management is very few, I impress .

I think atleast from 1st standered till 7th standard the teachers should have high qualified such as PhD in child phychology and ability in accepting the consequences everything. Further they will have to follow the social and communal disciplines as such. Except the medical education, others are natural mind.

Respected sir, For a better future, good and quality education is a must. Education should not be a business oriented, where teachers and students get benefited. Ask a question should Students all demands should be accepted? Teachers get more tutions and students are engaged in tution class rather in schools. System of education where teachers are now multitasking i.e. engage in other activities like collection fees, scholarship, admission etc.. Focus on teaching and learning process should be developed to build a better future.

respected sir .sir pls look into matter of two yr rotatory internship .pls sir reduce it to one yr so that those who hv to persue further studies can give neet pg .pls they hv already lost time and delayed by one year .parents hv spent lot of money sir pls allow them to sit for neet pg after one yr internship .sir pls consult with NMC .thru ur concern authorities and help this fmge students.thank u .
