Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Namaste Modiji, sometimes during continuing work for a long time, there happens such mistakes that cannot be felt before the event even though there has been forecast and warning signs that indicated that the policy & strategy should have been changed. And such forecast is the scientific one which should have been given proper attention. That sir, the burning problems should have been felt prior to the event which are common throughout the nation. The disturbingly rapid price hike, increasingly freebies offers, etc. Fuel prices should have been reduced, medicines prices controlled etc. People are well aware about their wants and demands, so these points cannot be ignored and covered by some other tricky gimmicks to gain their support. You and your team are well experienced in the field of people management and should have felt the situations & sentiments well in advance. That sir, the main chunk of population is middle class >70% & their wants ignored-- Feedback for improvement.

Dear Prime Minister Sir, The biggest % age of the work force is in the unskilled category, not highly educated,. They may be even semiliterates who have no knowledge of Computers and maybe no knowledge of use of Internet for useful purposes. If the expert policy makers agree, then it could be made mandatory for companies employing more than 50 employees to impart 1 months basic and fundamental training in computers fully paid before they start their work in any department. Not necessary that their job even entails use of computer. This will probably motivate them to learn Computers privately to upgrade their Skills and knowledge for their future careers. Pardon me for any mistakes. Thank you Sir.

Bharat is a largest work force population in the world.it should be skilled and trained according to need and demand of time. 1 A national skilled portal will be develop for registered all skilled work force. 2 All higher education institution connect with skilled training centre. 3 A social barrier is a big challenge for ready future work force.skilled person will be present as a real hero. 4 A national skilled examination Wii be organised for ready future work force. 5 An expert committee will be appointed for given creative suggestion for ready future work force. 6 Skilled education will be included in school syllabus as a special subject. 7 Traditional knowledge of skill should be included for ready future work force.

any wok will be workable long lasting if future is secure how .. in micro2mini &...all business _ give assuring law& order that ..won't harm _local/ground level rules should not be mere harassment so do portal of grievance if anybody bother/damage or fircefull indulge in illegal activities _do special court provigen 2 handle issues with inspection/inspector 2 help & grow business _ set digital rules lobby or provide 2 help mediator give insurance or provision if damage in riots .. actually in India Diversity is aActive opportunity in business model so model must be free of tention/interference with speedy help & court matters cause if ground level will be secure then only it will grow high worldwide 2make worldwide workful/workable weaven in trust/bond of not hazardous/not chemical u know_world has trust on Indian qualities that mostly they didn't harm anything it's a trust bond of r country of values so that's why do job in foreign spirituality is in DNA of India

Education should be free. Raise the level quality education and standard of Govt School and Govt Colleges. private School & Colleges and so called University and institutions have nothing to do with future of their students they just make the money and revert nothing. Students studying and completed their studies are not much competitive in the market due to their non-struggler Natures taught in these schools and colleges/universities. UGC should make the syllabus bit tough so that we can prepare our future generation capable of handling any situations. The current generation or not adding much value to Country compare to as they are pretending to be a smart.

8. In cities population increasing, and in villages decreasing. Probably the smartcity concepts, improvements in villages will help. Generally village people think city people have all the facilities enjoying everything. Similarly Citi people think village people don't know much. Many people due to the differences and other things they are trying to migrate in city. This trend has to change. By providing job opportunities, good education, smart city nearby, entertainment's, etc in the near around the village migration stop. So that in city also cost of living demand will reduce. So opportunity which is suitable in that village environment and smart cities improvement may help overall. This will help to give job opportunities also.
