Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Addmission in IITs , NITs should be open to every one around the world, with a fee structure like this : --- Rank holders of JEE will pay less fee --- Others have to pay 3 times more than rank holders. In this way aspiring candidates can persue technical education as a passion without burden of low rank , and at the same time IITs will get more funding from around the world, resulting in more research equipment purchase, more diversity in talent. 21st century need specialisation and passion in technical fields.

3. Probably employee engagement activities, fun activities, some sports activities, regular Yoga practices may boost productivity. 4. Encouraging sustainable future, creating wealth from wastes, innovative projects, go green types businesses and implementation may help sustainability and G20 goals , achievements. It will help overall. 5. Probably learning from others experience, for example successful startup stories can be shared with people who is going to start businesses. So that the confidence increases. Interaction with them etc. New business small scale, large scale , medium scale categories can do. Best practices sharing, some ideas to start etc will help freshers etc.

Some suggestions. 1. Apart from technical education training is needed in personal development or soft skills. Domain training basics also needed. So that they do better performance. As per my experience in IT industry service based companies does this. We have technical training, functional or domain training and soft skills training. I feel it really helps in communication across people. We used to interact with foreign clients, interact with other state colleagues etc. This will help. We have policy of 40 hours training hours per year is mandatory. Something we can think of. 2. Motivations like appreciation certificates, spot awards, yearly performance award , bonus are also some motivation factors.

Namaskar sir, youths are the backbone of our nation so nation's foundation should be strong .If youths will not be get right path they will turn towards violence because of current situation and whatever afares happening in the nation. So there should be ban on violent behaviour, activities if they are from any sector. Now a days India is one of the leading and developing country in the world so perfect education is needed which can motivate to youth towords nation's welfare through various mediums.

Sir , Time has come to start deposit 1000/- to each girl child sukanya samriddhi acct. per annum from their primary schooling of marginalized class till their class 12 ,this way govt will get their 100% enrollment also by their education we will get readily available work force for training and job orientation. It will also reduce their school drop out and we will get gender equality by putting educated girls in the society.Govt will get back its investment multifold with educated girls.

AYUSH is the indigenous system of health. GOI is spreading awareness regarding Ayurveda but if really want buildup our health industry in proper way, we must look for it's quality. choose a hit,work,focuse,improvement,skill and job etc are with heart or mind.Run a life cycle for in here of mind so result is suitable in hit of work,or in here of heart so result is aggresive hope of work,therefore appropriate prepare India's workforce for the future of work is calculate in here of mind and heart.Step of preparation first is class of 10th for the hard hope prepare,11th for the design of work ,12th for the calculation of work and upper education level for higher education,higher skill,higher prepare for next,higher growth in work,higher economy,higher idea,higher hope,higher sector's,higher own business,higher employees,higher help,higher running India's stage,make higher quality,higher unique think and higher work in G20 or the other placement this topic related view or my suggestion is give you once again great presidency or growth of industry 4.0 and 3.0 for the G20 by the Hon'ble PM Narendra Modi ji.

Bharat is a largest work force population in the world.it should be trained and develop skilled for future work force. 1 Skilled education system should be adopted for fulfill demand of future work force. 2 Education institution will be tie up with skilled development centre. 3 Artificial intelligence subject to be included for trained future work force. 4 social mindset will he changed according to need and demand of time. 5 A national competitive taste will be organised for select best student ready for future work force. 5 A industry based training centre should be organised for ready future work force.
