Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Sir/madam, Happy to be G20 presidency! Open INDIA-KIOSKS all over the world, either to produce or to market the needed (most wanted produce) in that region. Project details as follows: 1)Rent/acquire land space in any country. 2) List the most wanted product for that particular country or region. 3) Transfer the agreement to the Indian citizen/ willing entrepreneur/ already existing institution/ industry who have the capability to run the business. 4) Moniter the progress with reports / customer ratings/reviews. 5) Let them fly in successive years. A dedicated setup for this with collective experts in the field of exim policy, global business statistics, technical giants, etc to be formed.

now we have work force population of 92 crores , between age of 15years to 64 years . mostly this is the age group where people can do work for production, utlization , and service sector also. it is the Governmant duty to plan for proper utilization these incredible work force.

आदरणीय महोदय, हमारे देश में प्रशिक्षण एवं क्षमता निर्माण में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका नहीं निभाई जाती। सेना में कुत्तों, घोड़ों, की क्षमता निर्माण में अत्यधिक समय एवं धन खर्च किया जाता है, ठीक है, लेकिन मनुष्य का क्या? देश में इतनी आबादी होने पर भी हम उनकी क्षमता, योग्यता का सदुपयोग नहीं कर पा रहे हैं। प्रशिक्षण सिर्फ खानापूर्ति न हो बल्कि आवश्यताओ के अनुसार प्रशिक्षण हो, जैसे कौशल विकास योजना में प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है लेकिन कितनो के द्वारा स्वरोजगार या रोजगार प्राप्त किया है कोई आंकड़े नहीं हैं। प्रशिक्षण की योजनाओं को रोजगारपरक एवं स्वरोजगार परक बनाना ज्यादा जरुरी है।

Based on global, country level and state level demands or district level demands forecast available for all 1. make most of govt jobs group b c and d posts or state level or panchayat level posts outsource so many people will get jobs except group A posts 2. reduce population by caste religion or state where it is maximum indirectly adds to cause. 3. attracting world investments welcoming global studnts and learning from world helps 4. relaxing working laws for more workforce enter stream work in shifts holidays and reduce burden of existing 5. increasing retirement age as future work force stability needed. 6. exporting manpower to all countries than to manufacture here pollute our lands or resources 7. establishing iti diploama in all fields need ground level skill people nurses pharma and other fields 8. more mining is need of hour more jobs creation only clean fuels mining 9. more people in millets is good movement from agri 10. electronics skil

Honourable PM, Vanakkam, we have to retain being the Vishwa Guru. To avoid brain drain, please consider to waive application fees for all competitive exams after graduation. This is a feedback from my students as well. I return my honorium money to support students in need of exam fees. Graduate students after hefty college fees, are desparate to get jobs through exams and many are burdened by the application fees. At last they skip, hate and after decent savings look for greener pasture abroad. I am yet to analysis the negative effect of fee waiver. I used to be a victim of application fees long ago.
