Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Based on global, country level and state level demands or district level demands forecast available for all 1. 50% work force depends on agriculture and allied sectors need to produce agriculture and other products based on demand not as per their liking as demand drives economy and rates and msp so either go for farm mechanization and do multiple cropping or organic farming or export products or anything which gives returns and reduce dependency on just agriculture as nature or market may play havoc, so have alternate incomes or business or allied sectors or don't fully depend on agriculture entire family 2. textile construction & trade constitute 30% work force which needs more manpower from agriculture side as demand for super power becoming developed India needs people in industry and service sector 3. so India needs to move away from traditional agriculture exports which generally destroy our fertile lands to services and industry by skill india programe excahge of tech

Adulteration (Milacat) is very big challenge in today's life. Our present generation are eating adulterated foods whether it is Milk or foods . Right from morning to sleeping time whatever they eat is having some kind of milavat (adulteration) please do something as our next generation should be Healthy as they have to take command of our great Nation. Dear Prime Minister The biggest SCAM of our country since independence is this reservation caste. Coz once a person gets a caste certificate like SC/ST etc, even though the next generation is no poorer and considered middle-class, still this community takes advantage of this certificate and passed it thru generations and generations. With this, the one who really is poor is deprived of govt benefits, and the SC/ST, 2nd or 3rd generation who are rich or super rich, still takes advantage of this certificate and enjoys all govt freebies. Dear Prime Minister, how do you STOP this SCAM and cancel the reservation/caste certificate who are actually earning more than 2.5 lakhs PA and are eligible to pay tax as per IT Act? I actually know a few people who are super rich, running 2-3 medical shops, and still, their children are enjoying freebies coz their father and grandfather have caste certificates. Sir, unless every Indian is not submitting IT returns online, linking PAN card with ban

Dear Prime Minister, When do we see Vande Bharat rail connecting Mumbai and Southern parts of states like Tamil Nadu and Kerala? Today the journey takes a min of 24 hours. Mumbai to Coimbatore/Madurai takes around 30 hours and Mumbai to Chennai takes around 24 hours. Can we have a speed monster train that can reduce the travel time by at least 30-40%? Also, we need a monster train that can travel East to West, South to North, East to North and West to South journey within 15 hours. Thank you.

Respected Prime Minister, I am not against reservations or people with deprived communities. But it really hurts that When a student from the general category scores a much better mark and still that student is deprived of getting admission to top colleges, I am talking specifically for Medical and Engineering students. Whereas, the reserved class student gets average marks in the common entrance test and is still admitted to top engineering and medical colleges. Well, again I am not against that, but, we need to ask ourselves, do you think someone who scores average marks in engineering and medical entrance, will prove himself to be a good engineer and better doctor??? My suggestion is, we need to help the deprived communities and provide them with government-supported education, free tuition, laptop and make them competitive like other students. Let's bring these communities int PAR with others and let everyone take the same entrance test and admissions based on marks scored.

1. Introduce life skills education from primary level. 2. Mandatory on-the-job training for professionals by the companies with support from government providing access to CBC modules, DoPT modules etc at subsidised rates. 3. Gender-inclusive approach to work for professionals 4. Accessibility training for compassionate leadership approach.

नमस्कार प्रधानमंत्री जी आप से अनुरोध है कि आप टोल रोड पर एक बार ध्यान केंद्रित करे । इस क्षेत्र पर अधिक टोल टैक्स लिया जाता है हर साल कम करने की जगह बड़ जाता है रोड जगह जगह से टूटी हुई है कोई ध्यान नही देता। कई जगह पर तो पास पास टौल बूथ बनाए गए है और कई बूथ पर इतना अधिक समय लगता है। टोल संग्रह भी बड़ रहा है और ब्याज भी कम हो रहा है लेकिन रखरखाव है नही और हर साल टोल टैक्स बड़ जाता है । आप से अनुरोध है इस पर ध्यान केन्द्रित करे धन्यवाद संजय भसीन
