Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Jai Hind Sir, It should be mandatory for all all IPS to serve in Indian ARMY that too with Rashtriya Rifles at least for 5 yra before being post as IPS.Then only they will be able to understand reality of defence services and real goals of Police force in order to shape better India.Currently majority of IPS tenure goes in the service of respected politicians and this behaviour defeats the real motive of Police Services. Also distinguished Army officers should be made eligible to join IPS services as per thier service records. This will not only clean the present system but also motivate the real young talent to join IPS as reap distinguished service to Nation. This step can really help India to produce brave, goal oriented and patriotic Police officers to serve the country in true manner. Today's youth just want to join Civil services just to have prosperous n undertable income/commission cut tyoe of job having whole police force to serve his/her family.

I am happy that our pm is taking so much steps to benefit all . But the saddest part remains in that it cannot reach all the states. So I would request Modi ji to equally develop ideas and implementations in all states as you are checking for states like Rajasthan,Ladakh, etc in that way u should check for other states too . Otherwise your labour and work for all the development and happiness of all citizens would go to a dustbin. because I had witnessed most states are not benefitted due to the ill mindset of their CMs. So first thing if u want to implement something make sure u have people who are engaged in check-in that ur implementations have been spread and used all over the country and not just in one or two states. Thankyou 🙏

Obliged pranam sir😊🙏 With all the respect from the bottom of my heart, I am going to say few lines regarding your suggestions on your new program. They are to be expressed in points:- * Education to the farmers and poor people is must necessary for the development of our future. *Unemployment should be measured and should be carried out steps to prevent this . *The st,sc,OBC, general category should be removed in all the entrances or exams. So that in one way partiality is removed we can say since general guys are mostly unemployed and depressed as St SC can take their seats of they score more than them. *The finance of the most working communities like staff nurses , sweepers, data operators ,etc should be improved and should be provided month to month and not just once in 6 months *Most importantly our honourable PM should thoroughly and strictly contact with the CMs of all states to know whether the citizens of all states are benefitted and satisfied with all the implementations.

A strong foundation is required to build a strong & long life structure. Investing & developing future work force must start with grass roots. Overhauling of education system from the very start is need of the day. Our education system must be inclined towards knowledge & application based approach. NEP 2020 is obviously a good start in that direction. Skill development is also an important vertical that needs to be channelised properly. Skill institutes can be developed at block level and that must connect academia & industry to gauge the required skill & develop those skills that is prevalent in industry & to make our work force competent as per the dynamic industry trends. A formal channel must be provided to align the work force in right direction. A unique I'd can be provided to students when he passed out class 10th or 12th that connects them to work force portal where one can update his educational & professional credentials & connects to avenues available to them.
