Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Respected PM/Sir, Kindly bring Petrol,Diesel and Cooking Gas prices under GST. Many opposition State Governments are collecting State Tax (VAT) heavily in those States and throwing blame for price rise every time whenever increased on Central Government and misleading Rural people many of them who are illiterate and getting advantage in coming to power using this Fuel Price Rise Card tilting in their favour. Hence, it is humbly requested to bring Petrol, Diesel and Cooking Gas prices under GST at least before next General elections so that such gimmicks and tactics may not work out for opposition parties to come into power throwing blame on central government. Honourable Prime Minister Sir, we need to fix our problem of population on priority to be future enabled. Please bring one child policy or something strict to control it or family with more than 1 child should be levied with extra taxes to pay the price for their extra contribution to the population. Sir, Women employees, suffers without respect and made to feel vulnerable of losing job if they ask for their basic rights, they are silenced not to speak if not they will loose the job. ( Example; I was a station Manager of a Private Airline, my colleague who was a female staff, faced some health issues during covid situation, she was poor and lived in hut, considering that I requested Airline Management for providing Medical insurance benefits, they simply refused saying we will not follow your government regulations, we will only follow our government regulations, we cannot provide any benefits, offer letter is just a format. First do something to really empower our people, all are suffering because of our system not paying enough attention to the ground reality. All of you getting your salaries but you don't care how our citizens are treating because your failure to effectively implement things which will benefits the common citizen of Indian. Please take action to empower now.

Honourable Prime Minister, Modi ji , koi bhi workforce ko karne ke liye puri unit ki sahyog aur ekata ki avasyakta hoti hi. Yeh Har koi Janaka hi. Thik usi tarah , desh ko sundar, swasth banane ke liye, karodo ki tadad may safai karamchari niyukth karna behad zaruri hi. Tabhi hum apane rastra ko healthy aur wealthy , Sahi mayne may sundar saktey hain.unhen, pura kit pradan karein, achey, healthy food den. Roj medical checkup ho. Kam ke dauran upyogi paridhan aaj ke yug ke anusar technically bane hon. Unka ghar sundar aur saf ho. Well equipped ho.

Hello my god Modiji. I pray to God daily that you may live long and disease-free for many years. Modiji's leadership of the G20 Summit is something every Indian should be proud of. This can only be done by Modiji. He has proved this and thus India is standing tall. The world is in awe of India. Our Foreign Minister is very efficient and India is functioning efficiently because of him. He works very efficiently as he is Moteji's sidekick. They can't say much to eradicate terrorism. Modiji chairing the G20 summit is something every Indian should be proud of if he is a true Indian. It should be considered proud. Finally, I humbly request an opportunity to speak to the Honorable Minister of External Affairs Jaishankar for a minute. I am waiting for the call. I sincerely hope to get the opportunity to speak.

Hello sir my hearty Greetings My suggestion is that we should first make our basement strong sir the pillar of our countries are we the students the government should teach them proper skill every student should get that skill training at the correct age from schooling to college I wont blame you sir I know that governments are providing many online skill development program but it's not reaching every students hands but I wonder she that how all the drugs and addictive smart phones reaching them There are many ambitious teens who can't afford mobile and unable to learn skills but if you provide it via schooling it helps a lot sir .once our students developed our country will automatically develop sir. And the government should make a rule that aadhar is compulsory to buy Alcohol and Other drugs. It will help children to become student. Giving free education is not a matter giving quality education matters a lot.i request you to give quality education it boosts India's future workforce

The economic stagnation that has occurred worldwide is now a problem for the employment of all workers. Layoffs are daily news.Every worker has to fight to save their employment in this difficult situation.It is in developing skills that the future of work can be sustained. Every worker must have skills related to production, service and entrepreneurship. Multi-skills should be developed. Work involves learning new technologies. Workers should also be familiar with their work or other fields they know best about production work, service work, entrepreneurship and engage in it.This is also a way to avoid worrying about livelihoods when faced with layoffs.Be prepared for anything. It is an unsustainable condition in globalization that we depend on only one source of income. We don't need to worry about any complexity if we are getting additional income opportunities. So we need to develop skills.
