Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Respected Modiji, first I would like to congrats on the journey of man ki baat, today I would like to request you to solve the problem of road humps, as it may look silly thing but problems are too much suffering all the vehicle owners, as humps are necessary near villages, crossings etc., but in northern parts of Karnataka you will find number of humbs in a village with rough top and there is no rules following while making humps, it is very difficult to cross that humps no smoothness, height is too much, it will cause damage to silencers, for ex., I have expended more than 20 thousand rupees for these humps as I uses renault car many times my car silencer cracked because of these humps, you have to make circus to cross humps, please make them smooth , and maintain only two humps in a village, as already roads are in poor condition , it will be a swatchat karyakram from Prime Minister to all drivers. Thanking you, yours Vijayanand Manga, Sedam Road, Kalaburagi. No. 9945834470

India’s workforce has more than the required technical knowledge. They are smart, knowledgeable, committed & easy going. Unfortunately, they lack the required life soft skills, very much necessary to face the challenging, competitive, sometimes adverse work environments. Just like a computer requires a hardware & a software to function, life skills are akin to the software and ultimately decides the quantity and quality of output. Very unfortunately, neither in our educational system nor in the companies, life skills are emphasised. This situation has to change if we want our future workforce to deliver in quantity and quality.

Sir, I filed 498A case and my husband filed appeal in HighCourt (My Husband filed revision and CJM court order Non-Billable Warrant but CJM court realized mistake and recalled warrant) but Respected High Court judge SHEKHAR KUMAR YADAV did not look into details and provide temporary stay. In just one date this stay will be removed where my lawyer has to just say, lower court has already corrected mistake. But Judge Sir, SHEKHAR KUMAR YADAV is not providing date and this is hampering lower court proceeding, Sir it is genuine case of cruelty and I have evidence and every appeal of my husband has been rejected. Just waiting Allahabad HIGH COURT JUDGE Sir SHEKHAR KUMAR YADAV to take the case on dice. Someone please request him to do not delay lower court proceedings and let lower court decide who is real culprit. JUDGE SIR kept case on week commencing so date comes after 1 month and then pass over. Looks like he is getting biased without hearing my point and purposely delaying case. Help!

Pexitest.com has designed a CareerGraph report which covers 6 core areas of academics, temperament, behavioral, cognitive, motivation & interest to provide a complete solution for higher fitment to employability across agegroups of 16 to 40 years. The problem becomes acute if we consider the dropouts from completing skill-based learning for workmanship and fulfilling careerpaths for the underprivileged and uneducated populations. CareerGraph can be used as a pre-testing solution for various programs aimed at skill development and refinement programs to ensure targeted benefits while maximising demographic dividend for the country. It is also an effective tool for organisations & governments to find the right-fit candidate against job roles by measuring not only skills, but also preferences and attitudes for a longer and satisfying careerpath, bringing happiness to families and societies together on a national and global scale.
