Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

under GST allow use of pan for unregistered customers. the suppliers should then report as B to Pan supplies. this gst element can be reflected in AIS of customer. allow 1% of gst as credit against income tax liability. this may encourage people to come out of the parallel cash economy.

Sir, Suggestion is to completely overhaul education system above Grade 5, with the use of technology & make it future ready... 1. Govt only need to spend on best teachers, technology, supervisors, nutritional incharge i.e. teachers would not be required in each school. Basically, govt can utilize best teachers & technology for each subject & then create curriculam available to all free of cost. 2. "School monitor screens" can be installed in each classroom from where kids will learn & this can also be made available on mobile apps. Monitor screen, mobile apps need to have AI & camera enabled for facial recognition all the time wherein kids also have to enter it's & parents adhaar card number. 3. Supervisors & nutritional incharge will be responsible for monitor screens, food & student attendance as double check. 4. Similarly, kids queries & test can also be managed online by skilled teachers. This will enable standard, quality education to kids & students records with govt.🙏🙏

Use of Smart Mobiles to be banned while on duty --specially Police / security etc. where vigilance is required. We see almost police personnel doing this resulting in gross dereliction of responsibilities . only normal phones be allowed for communications while on duty. Only certain authorized positions be allowed smart phones.

India's Talent and skilled workforce is the USP for taking it ahead. the west is attacking us by propagating that children in schools should not be disciplined and thus fall pray to all the vices of modern day. this will destroy our youth and the future of our country. pl bring back the Gurukul kind of discipline in our schools and colleges. Respect to elders is to be made mandatory. Politics to be separated / banned in educational institutions.

The future of work is rapidly changing, and it's important for India's workforce to be prepared to keep up with these changes. Here are some ideas for preparing India's workforce for the future of work: Emphasize STEM education: STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) education is critical for the future of work, as these fields will play a significant role in shaping the future workforce. India should focus on increasing access to quality STEM education at all levels of education, from primary school to tertiary education. Encourage lifelong learning: In today's rapidly evolving workplace, it's important for workers to be adaptable and continually update their skills. India should encourage and provide resources for workers to engage in lifelong learning, including vocational training, online courses, and upskilling programs Promote entrepreneurship: India has a thriving startup ecosystem, and promoting entrepreneurship can help create more jobs and drive innovation
