Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

WORKING HOURS People generally resist any change. Change is uncomfortable. We are used to work from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. This timing was introduced by Britishers for their convenience since they were used to it for various reasons including extreme cold weather prevailing in their home country. This must change now. It is worth considering to make 6:00 am to 12:00 noon or 7:00 am to 1:00 pm or something around this. To follow this schedule, people will make rising early before sunrise a habit. This is a good habit. Remember the saying, Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise. Of course, To make changes in a democratic set up is a great challenge. At times, it is good that the ruler becomes a little of dictator.

For proper skill force, the work to be done can be summarised in few main heads. These are 1. education to all:- now this is the most important thing need this time. India having the highest population in the world must have a more modern approach to impart skillful education to every section of society bridging gap between different class and communities. Also at the same time it should impart moral and ethical education to every childern in the society. The most important thing is free education to all and a uniform education system in all states of our country. 2. Uniformity:- there should be uniformity of thought and action towards the growth of the country. Every stream requires a certain amount of skill which should be provided in every means 3. Policies:- there should be a national employment policy including public and private job opportunities in one platform. It should be binding for the govt to provide job to every individual based on his skill and qualifications

WAGES TO BE REGULATED Once upon a time, the workers were unorganised and they were exploited by the employers in private sectors. As a result to protect the interests of this categories of workers, the minimum wages act was passed. Now the time has changed and in private sectors the workers charge from their casual employers rates according to their will and pleasure. Here, small farmers and house holders need protection by way of fixing maximum wages for various kinds of works. While fixing minimum wages, the maximum limit also need to be fixed as a protection to both the workers and the work providers. This is on line with justice for all.

I don't know if this is a correct blog to post. But dear PM sir I saw everywhere in the country tons of organic waste is getting burnt every day every minute. Even govt sanitary workers also are very much used to burning waste creating lots of smoke by which we are unable to do yoga, walking, pranayama, suryanamaskaras etc etc. Can you imagine health hazards. Quality of life and productivity of individual person is adversely affected I appeal to you to totally ban burning wastes of any kind
