Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Focus on emerging technologies: The future of work is closely tied to emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and the Internet of Things. You can organize a workshop that focuses on these technologies and how they are likely to impact the Indian job market. Invite experts: To make your workshop more informative and engaging, consider inviting experts in the field of the future of work. You could invite academics, industry experts, and thought leaders who can share their insights and experiences. Encourage participation: Make sure your workshop is interactive and encourages participation. You could organize group discussions, breakout sessions, and Q&A sessions where participants can share their thoughts and ask questions. Address challenges: The future of work presents many challenges for India, such as automation and the gig economy. Make sure your workshop addresses these challenges and explores potential solutions.

Dear Prime Minister, Our India is having vast areas of open land and owned by individuals and majority by Government. In my opinion the vacant lands can be used by planting fruit bearing trees and also trees like Teak, Sal, Mahogany etc. Every household having space can be distributed with the free fruit saplings and tree saplings linked with some sort of incentives., buy back arrangements etc. We all know the prices of tropical fruits and furniture wood. All vacant lands of Railways etc are to be leased out for Gardens and orchards or employ gardeners who can transform the entire land into paradise. In cities also state governments should instruct the vacant land owners to utilise their lands into proper use. All these measures will definitely empower the poor and increase the Nation’s productivity of fruits, flowers, furniture woods etc.

100 crores above public using smart mobile & 30% computers Still don't know smart mobile using methods ?! public feels social media, email identity, free messengers, free communication, free video calls, free postings in the YouTube, Instagram,... all of these things "public rights" !? digitalization, internet behind, development concept not understands. 95% of smart mobile users ( govt jobs doing staff, IT sector, business persons, companies, manufacturing industries,.... every 1 don't know management of "office work" management ?! First public should need to learn "office suite apps" ( available in the mobiles, computers ) most of youth / business sectors management is over confidence ( like Mahabharata abhimanyu skills ) inventions nil, skills nil, not understands to steps for data security, office management, business management,.. first start in the smart mobile "office suite / Google workspace / apps, features should learn must

Inspite of sharing the fraud, false Completion Certificate submitted by Mohan Nano Estates Builder/Architect to MahaRERA Authorities no action is taken against this illegal act, this is how system is working. MahaRera being the Authorities missed to authenticate the Completion Certificate. No property taxes are collected since building is constructed who is accountable for this losses. We are facing issues due to misdeeds, malpractice by Builder and Architect. False dated completion occupany certificate submitted to MahaRera this is a matter of investigation and legal action. I have filed Grievances on PMO portal, Rera Conciliation but it is not attended we are facing issue due to builder malpractice, Litigation, fraud, fake Completion occupany building Certificate released for a building which was incomplete till December 2020 and Completion Certificate date was mentioned as 2 April 2016 by Ambernath Town Planner and January 2020 by Architect/Builder which is fraud

Sir Mera ek question hai ,,,, kya ap dukan ko pesa de or wo apko saman dhang ka na de to apko kesa Lage ga ,,, Agar acha lage to koi baat nhi mat dena ap jabab,,,, But jb hum log tax bharte hai to sadke sahi kyu nhi milti ,,,,,, apke in kharab sadko ke chakar me mere gadi khatara ban gye ,,,,, iske pese kon dega ,,,,, tax bhi bharu or gadi ka kabada kr ke uske bhi kharche me uthau ,,,,, sadak thik hoti nhi upper se police Wale chalan katne pehle phuch jati hai ye laao wo Lao nhi to pese lao ,,,,,,

Namaste prime minister modi sir, Today I want to tell you about at present in our country Instead of telling about most of the free announcements before election in our country by polititions. Make them to pay tax in proper order.Yojanas come in right way. It is hard earned work of people which they pay as tax. If they get employment they can earn and economically come up so as our nation. These corrupted politition loot people for their gains.Hope that everything get set right for good for our country soon. Thank you Your faithfully Charithra U Karnataka India

Dear honorable ministers & members, For an education program that leads us to become subject matter experts means adding 12 years of school + 4 years UG studies + 2 years of graduate studies (or multi degrees) + doctoral studies. Therefore, it is important that we upgrade and build our world class educational institutions NOW so that you can induct such students into the workforce 2 decades later 😀. This is especially important for homeland security forces, space forces, aerospace forces, cyber forces, biological domain forces, cognitive domain forces, EMS forces etc. The government will need to think about cross training subject matter experts in different areas where there are possibilities of convergence for interaction effects of independent variables by applying physics in bio & biochem. This is an intersection of applied research in different science subjects/subdisciplines Research Area:Computational neural feature engineering & stimulus design which is complex
