Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी, मेरा आपको सादर प्रणाम। हमारा देश दिन दुगनी रात चौग्नी तरक्की कर रहा है लेकिन एक चीज़ हमारे भारत को अब भी कमज़ोर कर रहा है। वो है शराब और धूम्रपान । मैंने देखा है की हमारे देश में कई लोग शराब, सिगरेट जैसी बुरी चीजों का सेवन कर मृत्यु को प्राप्त हो जाते हैं। जो की हमारे देश के विकास के लिए एक अच्छा संकेत नहीं है। सिगरेट और गुटके पर कैंसर की चेतावनी लिखने के बाद भी लोग इसका सेवन करने से नहीं चूक रहे। मैं चाहता हूं कि आप लोगों को शराब, सिगरेट जैसी हानिकारक चीजों का सेवन ना करने के लिए और जागरूक करें और हो सके तो ऐसी हानिकारक चीजों के बनाने पर पाबंदी लगा दें। आपने हमारे देश को एक विकसित देश बनाया और भारत को G-20 का प्रेसिडेंट होने का सौभाग्य प्राप्त कराया, इसके लिए मैं आपको दिल से शुक्रिया कहना चाहुंगा । धन्यवाद।

Sir My view is instead of insulting our country's PM by Aam admi party members on education qualification shows that they are not really educated as education is not getting Engg. degree from best institute or MBA Degree from top institute or medical degree from good colleges or law degree or becoming Bureaucrate. As educated would do creative work .These degree educated from some famous institutions feel they have achieved their goal and can govern better than others . This passport shows that your mind is focused to study your interest with hardwork & grasping power is better but if u don't have mankind basic qualities like our Guru' Jai Hanuman Ji have got i.e down to earth, dedicated, committed towards seva,hard work, full time seva by Hanuman ji, brahmachari but guided by Sita Mata ji so experienced through mother, intelligent, bold,good in vocal power. Our PM is having al qualities of Shri Hanuman ji,so he is really educated & represent mass 70% poor he knows their issues.

किसी भी कोर्ट केस (आपराधिक, सिविल इत्यादि) में अधिकतम केवल दो अपील और एक न्यायिक समीक्षा का प्रावधान किया जाना चाहिए। इसके बाद सजा को कम करने, बढ़ाने, माफ करने एवं परिवर्तन करने का अधिकार, कार्यपालिका की सलाह पर संबंधित राज्य के राज्यपाल और भारत के राष्ट्रपति के पास होना चाहिए। इस प्रावधान से न्यायालय में लंबित मामलों की संख्या कम करने में मदद मिलेगी।

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, नमस्कार, विगत 10-15 वर्षों में ग्रामीण स्तर पर पारंपरिक कौशल अगले पीढी में अग्रसरित नहीं हुआ है साथ ही जो कुशल श्रमिक आद्यौगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान के शिक्षक और छात्र दोनों अकर्मण्यता के शिकार हैं जिससे वहाँ से भी कुशल श्रमिकों के आने कि संभावना समाप्त हो गयी है।इसका एक मुख्य कारण रहा है सुचना क्रांति का दुरुपयोग और उद्योगों में आवश्यकता से अधिक स्वचालित मशीनों के प्रयोग के कारण उपेक्षा। आज के समय में युवाओं में किसी क्षेत्र विषय में कठिन श्रम करके कौशल प्राप्त करने की भावना समाप्त हो रही है जो आने वाले समय में 30-50 के दशक में उद्योगों को कुशल श्रमिकों के आपूर्ति समाप्त होने के रुप में आयेगी। इस समस्या से बचने हेतु आद्यौगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों के ढांचे और कार्य करने के तरीकों को ज्यादा प्रायोगिक बनाना होगा और छात्रों के दक्षता प्राप्त करने के स्थिति में हीं प्रमाणित किये जाने की आवश्यकता है साथ हीं संस्थान के प्रशिक्षकों का वेतन का बडा भाग उनके प्रदर्शन पर आधारित होना चाहिए जो उनको सकारात्मक प्रदर्शन को बाधित करे।प्रशिक्षण के अवधि को भी बढाया जाय। सच्चिदानंद

I am a senior citizen. l find only one ministry which has not shown any improvement in providing amenities to the citizens is ministry of railway. No improvement in running time, always delayed, senior citizen subsidies removed, toilets are not properly maintained, travel made dearer to middle class. despite advancements in IT, NO VISIBLE IMPROVEMENT IN MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS.
