Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Honorable Prime Minister Sir ,as a part of democratic country we all followed some Rules and Regulations but ham kya ushe ache se follow kar rahe hai ? kya ham apni rersources ko fully utilised kar parahe hai ? kya women safety ke liye ek authorised decision lene ke baad log un sab cheejo ko follow kar rahe hai ? under developed villages ke liye electricity and water supply ek niyamit ruup se praapt ho raha hai ? in sab sawaalo ke jawab se jyada jruri hai yeh janna ki hamara youth kitna aware hai aane waali cheejo ke liye ........ 1. Awareness camps should be organised in school , colleges and city malls 2. There should be proper supply of electricity and water in the villages and also give attention for women education 3 . As we all know India is moving towards Digital and Tech, on the basis of this Govt should provide various courses and mentorship by experts

GIVE EVERYONE THE RIGHT TO WORK HIS SHARE IN NATION BUILDING Retired personnel and the aged are very experienced group in our society but their potentials are not properly utilised in the run for nation building. If government makes appropriate arrangements to keep every senior citizens engaged for some kind of work according to their individual capacity and conditions of health, that would contribute greatly in speeding up the pace of development in various fields. It is an added advantage that they need to be paid for the work only fractionally.

The system will ride on, strengthen and re-engineer the data bases of the CPGRAMS for grievances, Project Monitoring Group (PMG) and the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation. PRAGATI provides an interface and platform for all these three aspects. It will take into consideration various correspondences to PM’s office by the common people or from high dignitaries of States and/or developers of public projects. The issues flagged are uploaded seven days prior to the PRAGATI day (i.e. on third Wednesday of every month). These issues can be viewed by the Union Government Secretaries and Chief Secretaries after entering into the application. It is a multi-purpose and multi-modal platform that is aimed at addressing common man’s grievances, and simultaneously monitoring and reviewing important programmes and projects of the Government of India as well as projects flagged by State Governments. The PRAGATI platform uniquely bundles three latest technologies: Digital data management, video-conferencing and geo-spatial technology. It also offers a unique combination in the direction of cooperative federalism since it brings on one stage the Secretaries of Government of India and the Chief Secretaries of the States. With this, the Prime Minister is able to discuss the issues with the concerned Central and State officials with full information and latest visuals of the ground level situation.
