The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

The government should start a scheme jointly with banks to provide low interest/interest subvention loans for the purpose of irrigation of agricultural fields. This will help small farmers provide water for their crops and also grow multiple crops throughout the year (crop rotation) even in dry season.

Until every single Indian receives 2 doses of the covid vaccine, that is, 260 crore doses of vaccines are administered in India, there should be no export of vaccines to foreign countries. Many big countries are engaged in vaccine diplomacy and have stopped supplying other countries vaccines to increase their own power. India should do the same, we cannot afford to get caught in international vaccine diplomacy.

ड्रोन तकनीक कई मामलों में अच्छी हो सकती है। लेकिन इन पर सजग निगरानी की आवश्यकता भी है । ड्रोन कार्गो हेतु कतई मंजूर नहीं होना चाहिए, नहीं तो आसमान में मेला लग जाएगा और अनेक दुर्घटनाएं संभावित है ।सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से इनके बहुत ही कड़े नियम होना चाहिए। विशेष तौर से सीमा से लगे हुए क्षेत्रों में सतत निगरानी की आवश्यकता है।

Because of word-limit i was not able to add one of the very important name of very important force our BHARAT that is our Police Force. On all the important head-quarters of our police force in our Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Hariyana, areas of Northern Territory of OUR BHARAT or they are situated in Rajasthan, Gujarat areas of WESTERN Teritory of OUR BHARAT or any other area of OUR BHARAT.
